Stayed Oct 15, 2025Location of the house was ideal, however being a very old home expected the ceilings to be low, room configuration different than what used to. However these were expected. Not expected, low wattage lighting, broken window pane, cobwebs, old and cracked flooring in kitchen, filthy oven, musty and mold smell throughout the home. The positive, the owner was very anttentive and responsive to our questions despite being far away.

Stayed Feb 25, 2022We had such a lovely time at Kathryn's home. It was the perfect location - close to Manchester where there are great restaurants and a close drive to Stratton Mountain (where we skied). Beautiful home and a beautiful setting. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a ski weekend getaway.

Stayed Dec 23, 2021We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in Manchester! The house is beautifully furnished and the layout is great for a large family. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! We skied Stratton, which was about 25 minutes away. Restaurant options are plentiful,

Stayed Oct 7, 2021this home is incredible. Such charm! the grounds are so impressive. It would be perfect at any time of year. We were there in October in all the fall beauty of a New England Fall. I suspect the sledding on the property would be fun!
