The kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, wiring, heating and air conditioning are all modern additions to make your stay very comfortable.brbrOur family has called Hungerford Terrace home for more than 60 years and this house is part of adjacent properties we own with several apartment buildings and our management offices. We also have a managing partner living in the adjacent building for your convenience.brbrUnfortunately local zoning prohibits stays of less than 30 days. It also prohibits us from renting to more than four unrelated adults.brbrThe property features an open floor plan with dining room, living room, den with piano, and a large well equipped kitchen on the first floor. When entering at the back of the building you’ll also find a large mud room and adjacent coat room with half bath.brbrThe second and third floors each have three bedrooms and 3/4 bathrooms. The second floor also has an additional master bath with a large tub for bathing.brThe three bedrooms on the second floor have queen size beds and two of the bedrooms have access to a large three season porch.brbrTwo of the bedrooms on the third floor have full size beds and the third has a twin bed.
