Beautifully renovated Carriage House apt within a tree-house like setting.

Beautifully renovated, clean and well-furnished with a full kitchen, laundry, sun porch, and sleeping loft for kids. Church St. market is a 1/2 hr walk; Lake Champlain beaches also walkable. Altogether satisfactory and enjoyable stay!

Loved our stay at Dori's property this past weekend! The perfect size apartment and location right outside downtown on a quiet, tree-lined street. Easy check-in, access, parking, and more. Although we did not bring our pooch, also dog-friendly. We look forward to another stay!

My mom and I LOVED our stay at the Carriage House! There was plenty of space inside. There's a wonderful balcony that gives you the feeling of being in a treehouse. The location was fantastic. Our host was so helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Would definitely book here again!

Dori is super friendly and welcoming. I loved the neighborhood and the carriage house was perfect for my visit. Close to downtown and it was a quick and beautiful walk to some coffee shops and diners.

A relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood! Dori is the best. Very kind and helpful, and has many recommendations for nearby activities and nature.

The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The upstairs screened in porch was great and we left the door open almost all the time for a nice breeze. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all three meals easily. We stayed for 4 weeks and were able to see much of Vermont, travel easily to Montreal and Maine and New Hampshire. The location was great if you don’t mind medium distance walks. We walked to the lake, farmers markets, university museums, Winooski’s River Walk and to dinner at several restaurants in downtown Burlington regularly. We really liked doing the 15 mile bike trail on the lake and did this several times. All in all, 4 very busy and yet relaxing weeks. Thanks Dori.

This is a beautifully well appointed spot. Off street parking. Charming private and quiet spot. Amazing cooking kitchen. Nice instructions and clear communication. Comfy bed. My wife and I stayed for two nights over the Columbus Day weekend. We were up in the area for a concert at the Higher Ground, which was a quick Uber ride away from the apartment. In addition to the concert, we enjoyed ourselves at many local restaurants and on a great bike ride around South Hero Island. My wife's initial response when walking into the apartment was about how clean and perfect it was for our short stay. I thought it was exactly what we needed to enjoy our weekend in the area and was very pleased with everything.

Not sure if this was in the description but you have to go up a small staircase upon entering which could be problem for some. Apartment was very nice and as described.

The 2 of us loved the accessibility of the parks and activities in the Burlington area. Thank you!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Burlington. The location was perfect for our visit to UVM, and we loved the property and neighborhood. We highly recommend it!

Lovely little apartment that really did feel like you were in the trees! The windows all around gave it a wonderful outdoor feeling. Easy to find, nice neighborhood. The pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and i rented this property to move our daughter into college and stay the weekend in Burlington. It’s perfect for 2 people, one night on the couch was comfy enough for her 1 night with us. The apartment is quaint and quiet. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood which was perfect for walking everywhere from downtown to the breweries near by. Once move in was complete we parked and never used our car again. Great rental! Highly recommend

Only problem was parking was tight

Had a bit of a snafu with the fire alarm going off on the first night, but Dori and Boris were quickly available to help fix the issue. Great communication from the hosts, property was very nice to stay at and perfect for first time in Burlington.

Great Location. Easy access to the Burlington area. Host was wonderful and responsive.

Went to Burlington for the Festival of Fools and to spend some time in the area. Visited the Saturday Farmers Market and the nearby Shelburne Museum which is impressive. There are lots of great places to eat. As for the stay, we were unable to use Dori’s as it had been accidentally overbooked. Fortunately her son had a rental available which had just been cleaned and was frankly quite a bit nicer than Dori’s so we stayed there. Dori was exceptionally communicative and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her again.

Spent a couple days at this Carriage House close to downtown in a sweet quiet neighborhood. Apartment had everything and more than we needed to rest and relax when we weren’t out and about town. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Dori's place. The carriage house had everything we needed during a long weekend in Burlington for a hockey tournament. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Everything was clean and in great shape! It was a quick drive to downtown and hiking trails.
