We had a great weekend stay at Joe's place. Check in was easy. Joe provides all the codes and information in a timely fashion. The kitchen was very well set up and stocked with condiments and everything you need for good coffee, including a french press. We loved the location and the off street parking. The apartment was very comfortable to hang out and the bed and futon were both very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Joe's place. Clean, plenty of towels, linens. Everything was clean and cool decor! Centrally located for all the fun of Burlington.

The only thing I didn't love was that you had to walk through the hosts house to get to the apartment, that did make me a bit uncomfortable at first but after meeting Joe I was much more comfortable. This was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in from multiple different sites, check in and out was simple and straight forward, and the beds were actually comfortable! Overall, I had a great experience, and I would choose to stay here again.

My friend and I travel to Burlington, VT once a year to reconnect during our birthdays. We have stayed many places in the area. This is officially on the list of one of our favorites. Clean, affordable, updated appliances, and cozy atmosphere. We had no problems sleeping in this part of town. It was a quiet neighborhood that felt safe to be there. Looking forward to coming back.

I stayed here when picking up my son from UVM. He ended up staying on campus so I stayed alone and it was so peaceful and homey and just a wonderful space. Spotless and safe and quiet. Just perfect!

The work-in-progress that you first encounter belies the very well-appointed (and actually pretty modern) efficiency apartment within. The space was quiet, despite its proximity to a busy street and so many of the coolest things about Burlington. Quick access to lots of great restaurants, breweries, shopping, and recreational activities. Joe (host) provides just what you need to get started in the morning and wind down at night. Highly recommend for couples and would probably be good for young parents with well-behaved little ones.

You need to stay here! We went to a concert at the Flynn and it was convenient, stylish, and priced well! This space is above the host and he couldn’t have been nicer!

This apartment was a great location for our family of 4 to stay when dropping our kid off at Champlain College. The renovations Joe made to the place are a perfect use of the space and we could definitely see ourselves staying here again in the future. The driveway was a little tight for my truck (RAM 1500) so anything larger would probably have a hard time fitting down the driveway but we were thankful to have it because there were wall to wall cars everywhere on move in day.

This is a great little apartment that easily fit the 4 of us (me, my wife and our 2 teenagers). It was within walking distance of all kinds of things including just a great area to walk around for the sake of walking. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and the host was fantastic and friendly and very helpful in recommendations. If we’re in Burlington again this is the first place I’ll look to book.
