The dining table seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, and a large selection of small appliances (including an airfyer) and cooking supplies to have a wonderful cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, featuring two plush leather couches, wall mounted 40” smart tv and a gorgeous, stacked stone accented electric fireplace. The upper-level deck also has rocking chairs and is a great place to take in the views.brbrThe indoor heated SALTWATER pool is on the lower level. There is a self-locking gate to keep all children safe from entering the pool room. Pool is heated to 80f. The pool is 6’x13’ and 4’ deep (absolutely no diving into the pool). This room is decorated with a tropical theme and even has a tiki bar. There is a 65 smart TV on the wall to allow you to watch your favorite movie or sporting event from the pool! There is a basketball hoop and a giant connect 4 game as well.
