The condo is in a great neighborhood called 12South. We LOVE this neighborhood! It is so centrally located, and walking distance to amazing restaurants, trendy bars, Great shopping (clothing boutiques, home decor stores, antique stores, gift shops, etc), hair salons, grocery stores, liquor stores, drug stores. It is an easy 15-minute walk to the heart of 12South, a 20-minute walk to the hipster Belmont neighborhood, and is only about a 7-minute drive to the center of downtown. We think it is the best neighborhood in town- so much so, that we actually live about half a mile from the condo.brbrThe condo is fully furnished with 2 bar stools, a sofa, 2 chairs, a coffee table, a queen size bed, and two bedside tables. The queen bed is a ridiculously comfortable Stearns & Foster mattress. It is a very inviting and comfortable space, and we have made it a space that we would want to live in, ourselves. And there is a fabulous patio that you are welcome to enjoy!brbrWe both work very close by, and can be there in a flash, if you need us. Otherwise, we will leave you alone.
