Stayed Sep 25, 2025We loved almost everything about our stay. 2 of the 3 bedrooms the ceiling fan wouldn’t work without the light on. And an elevator would help . Close the downtown and loved that we could park our car in the garage..haha

Stayed Mar 22, 2025It’s nice but needs a few things…Floors need a better cleaning & also area rugs would be appreciated. Bedroom ceiling fans need to rotate without the light on. Handles on kitchen cabinets need tightening. We did enjoy our stay here and would stay again.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We had wonderful accommodations in Nashville thanks to this lovely condo in the middle of town. There were 9 of us staying there, and although we did not realize it (we would need to use rollaways in the mail bedroom and the pullout in the living room) we didn't actually have a room for the three kiddos. We faired quite well despite!We especially appreciated the two car garage. It made coming and going feel safe and secure. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and sink in the kitchen, but we bought paper products that worked. And maintenance was not only prompt but dogged in getting it remedied. All in all, we had a great family break in a fun packed city.

Stayed Nov 16, 2024Check in was very easy, communication with the host was great, always responded in a timely manner. Location was good, we were there for a football game, and we won! Location was good, easy access to the airport, nissan stadium and broadway. We will stay here again.

Stayed Oct 23, 20243 couples stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect for our group. Easy access to Broadway, quick Uber ride. The house was perfect and well kept. Property manager was very attentive and was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely rent this property again.

The rooftop lounge area was great for hanging out/grilling. We don’t have to look any further for another property as this has won it for future Nashville trips!!! Overall, awesome experience, stay, and communication! 5 stars!
