Private, Spacious Upstairs House In Vanderbilt/Hillsboro Village Neighborhood

Property was comfortable and big enough for us as a couple. We loved the neighborhood and owner was friendly but not overly. We enjoyed our stay and will come back when we're back in town.

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Mr Joe had excellent communication. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend in Nashville. The apartment felt very safe and was in a wonderful location for visiting our son who attends Belmont. We will stay again!

Everything as promised, and very clean, comfortable and convenient! Bonus: lots of bright lighting inside, which is hard to find in lodgings these days. (But lots of windows with good natural light as well.) Joe the owner was a great, responsive communicator and friendly in person. The off-street parking he designated behind the house was another plus.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet little apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It was easy to communicate with the owner if needed.

Clean, cozy, and quiet. Perfect if you want to be out of the Broadway area but still close enough to walk or get a reasonable ride share. Joe's a friendly host and we highly recommend

This was the perfect location for a football weekend at Vanderbilt. Easy walk to the game. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get anywhere. The house was comfortable, had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Joe was very welcoming and had good recommendations

Apartment was great...very roomy, easy check-in. Neighborhood very nice, quiet. Great location. Was able to park car off the street under the carport. Could walk to some restaurants. Nearby Centennial park is a nice morning walk. Near Vanderbilt University. Host was excellent to visit with. Gave us some good tips. We visited the Ryman for a show and he gave us a great parking tip. Will definitely use again if in Nashville.

Our host Joe was wonderful. The location is just perfect for us so close to downtown, highways, local neighborhoods for food and drink. Our rental had everything we needed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Nashville.

The apartment was just right for a football weekend. It is close to the Vanderbilt campus, the Hillsboro community with lots of good restaurants, and a short drive to the Farmer's Market and downtown Nashville. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, quiet and the off-street parking is a real plus. Joe is a very accessible host and answered all our questions.

Quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood. Carport!!! Comfy bed, clean, bright apartment. Close to Hillsboro Village and minutes to Downtown. Can’t wait to come back.

I enjoyed staying at Joe's rental. The neighborhood was quiet, super walkable, and close to many facilities, restaurants, and parks. Public transportation was also close by. I enjoyed the little vintage flat. It had nice towels and linens (which is not typical of many places). Separate AC unit, super hot water for showers, and a designated covered parking spot were also nice. Joe always was quick to communicate and was accommodating.

We very much enjoyed pur stay here. The apartment had everything that we needed and having the owner live on the first floor felt very homey. Joe was fabulous. He greeted us upon arrival and was always a phone call away to answer any question we may have had. The location was also perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but so close to anything that we wanted to do.
