Beautiful house great place to stay

Close to airport. Easy uber ride to Nissan Stadium and downtown. Walk to Dunkin’ Donuts. Very responsive host. Clean house.

Great host to work with. Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again on my next trip.

Cal has the place very well set up to feel very comfortable while experiencing the area! Kept very well. Location is very accessible to many attractions! Responded to any questions quickly and thoroughly! Would absolutely look to stay again next year!

Communication with the property manager was fantastic. The townhome was very clean. The bedrooms need blackout curtains as it was very bright in both of the bedrooms in the early morning hours. The traffic noise was very loud and kept us up at night.

We went for my 21st birthday near the end of february. The host let us check-in early which was super nice. We had a few problems with the weather freezing the pipes and being cold in the kitchen/living room part of the house but the host was super quick in responding to our needs and problem solving. Super satisfied with the stay.

Very nice & clean townhome in a central location. We were able to get to every place we wanted within a couple of minutes. Calvin was an excellent host & quick to respond to any requests or issues. We look forward to staying again if we’re ever in the area.

The property is exactly as it was stated. Something to know is that if you go in the very cold winter time, the top floor is plenty warm but the main floor is noticeably cooler. There is a space heater we could have used, but we just stayed in our bedrooms the whole time. It was so cold that we left the faucets running all day while we were gone, and the water meter still froze and then busted. We had to book a hotel room for a one night stay just so we could use their water to use the bathroom and sinks and take showers. The owner stated he is looking into insulating the pipes better so hopefully nobody else will have this problem. However, he was very communicative and did his best to help us. Other than that, the place is a nice play to stay in Nashville.

The Verbo was very well put together. It met all our needs. And it was close to everything. Ideally for directions and close to Nashville.

I highly recommend! The property manager is extremely responsive and it made for a stress-free stay during a momentous return to Nashville to defend my dissertation.

Easy to check in and out. Supplies were adequate to arrive from the airport without having to stock a full property and it was clean. Would definitely stay again. Lots of stairs but that was also expected.

We had no idea the stair situation was what it was!! At our ages...we would have avoided this property had we known about ALL ose stairs!!

Great townhouse in a decent location with just a 10 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The attention to detail in this property is brilliant. Easy to access when we arrived and absolutely spotless. Really comfy beds and well equipped bathrooms made our short stay very enjoyable! Great communication throughout with the property manager, amazing how quick they responded! Cannot recommend this property enough. We’d definitely stay here again!

Calvin was always prompt with his communication nice place just 1 hiccup that was taken care of immediately very easy to get to airport and down town and to sons house very convenient.

Place was very clean! Beds comfortable, Neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. As mentioned there are many stairs! So luggage and food was an effort. This place is not for the handicapped or unfit person.

A very nice place to stay and a very easy commute to downtown Nashville and to the Grand Ole Opry. Our host Cal was so communicative and reached out prior to, during and after our stay. Which made our visit that much easier. We will reach out for our next Nashville visit.

We enjoyed the place except all the stairs not good for older people.
