In total, there are 5 beds in the house; queen bunks, 2 king beds, and one queen sofa bed.br→ Towels & linen are provided for up to 10 people. Travel-sized toiletries, 3 hairdryers, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. There is no longer an espresso machine depicted in some of the photos. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired.br→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. Mid-Century Brick Ranch - simple and efficient. What more can I say - I love this house and this location. Each of the three private bedrooms has a queen sized, comfortable, double sheeted bed and room for all your stuff. Everybody shares the bathroom but surprisingly this works better than you would think. Wireless internet will keep you connected, cable TV can keep you informed. Central heat and air will keep you comfortable. Starter supplies like paper towels, soap and TP are also stocked. Other standard amenities include a washer and dryer, full sized kitchen, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen table is unique. A local metal artist made the boomerang and it seats 4. Out back there is an enclosed porch, casual dining table for 4, and a charcoal grill on the flagstone patio.brbrYour furry, 4 legged family members are welcome. We do allow pets with their proper supervision. There is a doggie door in the laundry room that leads out into the fenced yard. It has a big tree with squirrels. Just up the street is the Shelby Dog Park. We do ask that pets be crated when left alone in the home.brbrAbout 1.5 miles down the street is the eastern edge of the Cumberland River and the Shelby Avenue pedestrian bridge. Parking here is sometimes free and you can walk over the bridge into the Lower Broadway area. This is where you will find the Country Music Hall of Fame, honky tonks like Tootsies and Legends, the Hatch Show Print store, Music City Center, Wildhorse Saloon and much more.brbrWithin walking distance is the Shelby Bottoms Greenway and Nature Park. It is one of the true jewels of Metro’s Park and Greenway system. This 810 acre park offers 5 miles of paved multi-use trails and another 5 miles of primitive hiking trails. Along the trails, visitors can enjoy boardwalks, scenic overlooks, interpretive stations and seven rustic bridges. The area is well known as a haven for migrating birds and other wildlife. brbrShelby House, established 2006, makes it East Nashville’s first “VRBO” and Nashville Neighbors grew from there. Or, hop on Briley Pkwy to head over to the Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center, and Opry Mills Mall all of which are less than 5 miles away.brbrThis home is kept professionally cleaned and equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay! We try to fit everyone`s tastes and needs the best we can. There are two brand new Ashley Sierra sleep mattresses (one soft and one firm) as well as a super comfy sectional couch and an additional full size couch as well. The home also includes High Speed internet & WiFi. Smart TV and Roku, Keurig, plenty of clean towels, bath cloths, extra pillows, sheets, blankets, etc.brbr**The fence in the backyard was removed due to some damage to it caused by the weather. :/brbrWe understand that travel can be challenging so we have an electronic door lock on the front door in case we can`t be there so our guests can check in whenever needed. There is plenty of space to park up to 3 cars in the driveway. But, if you don`t have a car, no problem. It is only a short / inexpensive Uber or Taxi ride from the airport to the house then anywhere else you want to go.brbrWe are located only a few miles from the home and are readily available when needed. Also, we are happy to help with recommendations on places to visit.brbrThe neighborhood is a nice quiet place with mostly families living there with easy access in and out. Please be respectful of your surroundings as they will be respectful to you. Also, there are several grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacies close by just in case you forget your toothbrush! :)brbrThere is plenty of parking at the home if you have a car/s with easy access in and out of the neighborhood. No car, no worries!
