Stayed Jan 3, 2026We had a great stay here! Billy was great to communicate with & gave us some good recommendations. The apartment is spacious, great decor, fully stocked with all the necessities & so much more. The game table, dart board & record player were highlights for our teenage boys. The location was great, fun shops & restaurants close by. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025The unit was tastefully decorated and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Recommend adding window treatments in bedrooms and great room that are light blocking and sound reducing. Great stay.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025What a gem! We have stayed in this area numerous times (our daughter attends Belmont) and wish we had found this sooner. I love the decor, with plenty of extras in the kitchen and living spaces. The loft sits above a cute boutique on 21st, but we could not hear any street noise at all.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025This place was amazing! Location: It is very close to (literally above) some great shopping and restaurants. The area is very active with pedestrians and has a good vibe. Easy access to Broadway, Vanderbilt, Parthenon, etc. The Home: The space is amazing. High ceilings, large windows, spacious bathrooms, and very well decorated. The kitchen is top notch and has everything you need. The main area is very large and has lots of seating, a dining/pool/ping pong table, Sonos sound system, and overall is a great space to relax and entertain in. Book it. You won't regret it.
