Our house will be mirrored off our other property Waker’s Paradise but with a few upgrades. brThis 3 story open floor plan lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 9 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms (each bedroom has own bath) with 3 half baths and sleeps 32. Features 3 full length 50-foot-wide decks (that s 1500 additional sq. ft. of living space for your enjoyment) all with beautiful lake and mountain views. A large kitchen & family room on the main floor, plus kitchenette with bar on the lower level. A laundry room & family room on the middle level. A 2 story private dock with covered slip, electric outlets, dock furniture and a slide! In addition, we have a dedicated parking. Free internet, long distance and cable. brThe main floor features a vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, gas range, and 2 refrigerators. For dining, you’ll have 2 large tables and a large island/bar with additional seating. Walk to your awaiting boat from the condo for a day of fun out on the crystal clear Norris waters. You could also stroll down to the community pool reserved for Condo owners and guests only. Deerfield Resort boasts a variety of activities and amenities. The Tiki Bar is a happy friendly spot to grab a delicious bite to eat, or a cold drink. There is an18 hole golf course, with a sandwich shop, tennis courts, a playground and a second community pool that you will also be able to enjoy. There is even a landing strip on property if you prefer to arrive by air. The cove is quiet, there are no waves from lake traffic, The cove provides safe swimming for all ages.brbrThe top floor has a large open kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, gas range, large pantry, the large bar that seats 7, granite countertops, dining room, and living room. The living room has an awesome view of the cove with a half bath for everyone to use. There are 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and King size beds.brbrThe middle floor has a centralized washer/dryer and living area. The four bedrooms on this floor all have attached bathrooms. One bedroom has an antique king bed with antique cabinets and a view of the cove. The other three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, 2 bedrooms have an additional daybeds, and one a sitting area. brbrThe bottom level has 3 bedrooms, one with an attached bath, and the other two are attached with a Jack N Jill bathroom. There is a half bath on this level for everyone to use. The full-size arcades has thousands of games on it, but don't worry, the captain has it set to free play to ensure hours of family fun. So after making memories on the lake, you can kick back, listen to some music, and put your initials up on your favorite games. brbrWe now have Comcast high-speed internet. You can stay in touch with work or school right at the cabin if you have to.brbrOn the bottom deck is an 8-person hot tub. The steps lead to a lower patio with a fire pit. The double-decker dock has a powered water slide, a jumping gate, and a covered boat slip. The boat ramp is in sight from the house and is available anytime to put in the water. There are several marinas nearby where you could rent a boat if you want to. brbrThe Gated community has a seasonal community shared pool available for you between memorial day to Labor day. brbrCaptain's Cove has plenty of parking located in Lakeside Estates. Easy access, 20 minutes off I-75.brbrPlease note that from October to April, we have seasonal water, and the dock will be removed. Don't worry, the fun never stops at Captains!
