Norris Nook: Lakefront 9br/11ba, Private Dock,Private HotTub,Sleeps 32, Gameroom

We stayed at Norris Nook for thanksgiving 2025. Family of 25, we had plenty of room. House was clean and spacious. Loved fully stocked kitchen that had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking thanksgiving dinner. Loved that there are two ovens and two fridges and two dishwashers, it was amazing for our big group! Plenty of seating with two large tables and seating around the island. One thing we were a little disappointed about, the beds weren’t done when we arrived, sheets were provided but beds not made. We had to do it ourselves, because of that some of the sheets didn't match the bed size and couldn’t be used(twin size sheets for queen bed) we had to use flat sheets to cover the mattress. Also, if staying there in the colder months, bring your warmer blankets. The covers on beds are very light and even though there were few throw blankets on couches and heaters, if you like a warm blanket, bring your own. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this home. We made full of love , laughter and memories. There was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. Loved all the bathrooms and bedroom space. It was clean and exactly what the description told us it would be . Thought maybe a garbage disposal would be nice to have but we were easily able to put the food scrapes in the trash. Very impressed

We all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the lake was a huge hit with the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house layout was fantastic for our large family. Each of our adult chilldren appreciated having their own bedroom with their own bathroom. The no wake section of the lake that the house is located on was very quiet and good for kayaking and fishing. The main part of the lake is just a few minutes away by boat. Sugar Hollow Marina is very close and convenient for boat gas and live music. Great family memories were made. Thanks Norris Nook!!

I would highly recommend this home to friends we had more than enough room.The kitchen had me not wanting to be anywhere else.The kids never wanted to leave the games, it’s very quiet I would lease this home again, we were a group of 24 . Y Jackson

This place was exactly what we needed. 24 women and every room has its on bathroom this was perfect. Communication was excellent with the host. Norris Nook is a beautiful home. If you are thinking about a place to rent for a large group, this property is excellent. The gameroom was nice, the location is great. The kitchen is well srocked, with utenils, plates, dishes...erc.

I completely understand how people follow in love with the “lake life”. This vacation rental was completely perfect for our 20+ family vacation, from ages 8 to 69. More than enough room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the games and we adults enjoyed being on the water. Kitchen was well equipped & spacious. Beds were comfortable. Gathering areas were a great size . We would definitely book here again & again. Host were easy to communicate with. Thank you Nortis Nook for an incredible vacation!!!

Well stocked large home for our group of 30. Location was perfect - close to several marinas to restock or grab lunch or dinner. Also just a few minutes to the closest store. Definitely some wear and tear on a few things but nothing major. Had an issue with outlets on the island and volume on the tv in the master bedroom- mentioned something to the property manager and electrical issue fixed the next day and new tv. Excellent communication and response time. We had a blast and would for sure rent again!

We have tried several family vaycay on various lakes, and this by far was our favorite ! Not only was the lake beautiful, but the house was perfect. All kitchen amenities were available, plenty of space to be together (or not) for the 10 of us. The very few things we notified management about ( nothing big) they arrived almost immediately to rectify the situation. We are planning to return next year!

We had four familes and this house was the perfect size for our group. We loved the location of the house being on a quiet river. The kids loved the slide and jumping from the dock. Everyone in our group agreed that this was our favorite vacation. The owners were very easy to work with. I
