It features a 3300-foot paved airstrip, an 18-hole championship golf course, two tennis courts, pickleball court, sand volleyball, basketball court, resort swimming pool and a children's playground. The golf course also features a clubhouse restaurant, the Greens Grill, which serves breakfast and lunch. Deerfield Cove Marina offers boat launching as well as the Tiki Club, featuring a full-service bar and food service. They also have music and kid-friendly entertainment on the weekends. Deerfield Resort is close to Springs Dock and Shanghai Resort for boat rentals, watersports equipment, and full-service restaurants.brbrOur home is located in a cove in a no-wake zone. It has a lit paved walkway to the dock which has a ladder and side slip with bumpers for docking your boat.brbrOn the main floor, there is a large kitchen, dining room, great room, and 2 master suites that offer lake views with access to the large, covered deck. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The great room, dining area, and kitchen feature open architecture with a wood ceiling and beams that soar 20 feet high. The oversized covered deck offers an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and a conversation set with a couch and 2 swivel chairs. Enjoy grilling on the deck with a gas grill connected to the house's natural gas supply, so you do not have to worry about propane tanks. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a large group.brbrA large, finished lower level includes a recreation area with a wet bar, a sitting area, a ping pong table, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. Three bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and one bedroom with a twin and full-size bed. Each bathroom has a tiled floor, shower unit, and sink. The wet bar has a full-size refrigerator. The recreation area and 2 of the queen bedrooms walk out to a covered deck overlooking the cove and dock. Linens and bedding are provided but towels, wash cloths, etc are not.
