The house was great. The parking was inadequate and the waves at the boat dock were definitely an issue.

Love the location near the water. House was beautiful! Close to Powell to launch boat. It was a very busy weekend so tying up the boat perfectly to deal with the waves was a big challenge but we figured it out.

Nice house, Great Lake, good dock. BUT We were charged 500 for “damages” from this host. We were promised photos of said damage. Those photos were never sent and she charged the fee anyways. She then went and trashed my profile with a bad rating. We left this house clean as we came in, and had fun with the neighbors. No clue what the issue is. She claimed there was scratches on a fire pit and a wet spot on their engineered hardwood flooring. The spot on the floor, we had guests scrape their feet on multiple times thruout the trip. As far as we know it was there when we got there. The scratches on the fire pit could not have been from anything other than maybe beer cans sitting on the ledge. As this is a lakehouse I would expect future guests to do the same thing. Renters beware.

We had a great week! The house was set up perfectly for our group of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Easy lake access from the house was such a treat compared to some of the other homes we have stayed in at Norris Lake.

This home was a perfect fit for our group of 13! The location is gorgeous and secluded- lake was perfection and proximity to the marina was ideal. The house was well stocked for all of our family meals and the layout worked great with the adults in the 4 primary suites and kids in the loft bedrooms. Beds were comfy! The incline to the lake was a bit better than some places we have stayed and the dock was simply amazing! We spent most of our time by the water so the extra space for all the toys and our boat rental was key! Fire Pit and comfy chairs were enjoyed nightly. The back deck was our favorite with ample comfy seating for everyone. Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Even the early Sunday morning FaceTime to help us realized my MIL put the water in the wrong spot when we couldn't get the coffee maker to work! Haha! Thanks for a great stay and allowing us to make amazing memories!

Beautiful home and location.

The home and property were exactly as described. Comfortable and well stocked. The only downside, and this cannot be helped by the owners, was the traffic on the lake in front of the house. It is not in a no wake zone and on the way to and from the Powell marina. Boats zoom past within feet of the dock, rocking the dock to the point of being unsafe. Admittedly we were there the week of Fourth of July so one of the busiest however, a little disclosure is probably necessary so guest know what they are getting into. All in all a lovely stay.

Loved the property and the location. Very nice accommodations with a big kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Spacious and comfy. Nice home accents and touches. We enjoyed the ping pong table a lot! A/C nice and cold. Just felt relaxed and joyful all week. It was our first time at this property and we already booked for next year!

The house was just as pictured/described online. There is adequate room for all the adults as well as the 3 little ones (2 year old and two 7 month olds) as well as plenty of extra baby supplies throughout! Was a good covered dock that suited our needs just fine! Would stay again!

Fantastic time, the house is beautiful with easy walk to lake.
