Perfect little getaway. brbrOn the main level, the kitchen and living room are open concept. There is a flat screen T.V with cable. Access to the large deck that has 3 outdoor tables and a gas grill. brbrThe main level also has 2 bedrooms that both have queen beds and dressers. There is a bathroom in the master bedroom with a stand-up shower. The second bathroom is in the main level hallway.brbrThe third bedroom is located downstairs with twin bunk beds. The third bathroom is also located on this level. There is also a living room with a flat screen T.V, desk, foosball table, board games, books and a few DVD’s are located on the bookshelves. brbrThere is a one car garage that has a few outdoor games like badminton, kickball and volleyball. The town of Dayton has Tennis Courts, there are 4 rackets and tennis balls in the garage. brbrThere is the community boat ramp remarkably close to our backyard. Our kayaks are within walking distance to the boat ramp. There are 3 single kayaks and 1 double kayak. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor down Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage, it is gated and secure. Manager on site is Dale at 423-304-5785. This would be a great option for boat parking.brbrbr

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. All linens and pillows provided. All dishes, pots, and pans provided. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bedroom and kitchen do have step down floors. Also has an open floor plan with no door on the bedroom. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

Welcome to our lake house! This house is located directly in the Cove of Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN. It is located less than 1.5 miles from local Fraiser Park public boat launch & Blue water RV Resorts. You're able to hear live bands in the summer while enjoying sitting on the private deck of Main home. This property has a total of 4 individual units. This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a main party deck and a private balcony deck off master bedroom. There is a fire pit to enjoy those summer nights with friends and family. This house can currently sleep up to 10 people. This unit has been undergoing extensive renovations, and the Sun room is currently not accessible due to renovation, but soon, we will have a game room with an additional sleeping area. The exterior of the home still has some renovations being completed, but not while you're on your vacation! Come and enjoy a little slice of heaven. TVA and Traveling nurses are welcome for longer stays at discounted rates. (Some restrictions may apply). Recently added Kayak's to rent to enhance your vacationbrbrWater levels are subject to change due to being controlled by TVA. May - October they are at full pool levels. During certain times of the year November-April, there is potentially no water at dock.
