Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Stayed Nov 7, 2025This little house was perfect. We had a fishing trip for 3. It’s close to docks, we went to Harrison Bay Park and George Frost Park to put in the water. They were about 30 min to get to. Great weekend and the house was great. We didn’t have to contact host, we had everything we needed. I would satay at this place again it’s very cozy.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Cabin was great. Just what we needed and close to lake Chickamauga which was what we were looking for. My husband and I done a couple days of fishing there. Only complaint would be air conditioner didn't keep cool enough but it was right at 100° both days, other than I would recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks the Smith family

Stayed Jun 11, 2024This is a wonderful place to spend a weekend, it’s very accommodating and didn’t get too hot despite the 90 degree weather. My boyfriend and I stayed here a few days while he was visiting, our only complaint is that the couch was more comfortable than the bed and we opted for the couch most nights.

Stayed May 17, 2023We absolutely loved it ! Everything was perfect well equipped . Very quiet neighborhood didn't have to worry about our belongings. Close to town but yet out by itself . We enjoyed our stay and are already planning another trip ?
