Stayed Dec 5, 2025This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton! The cottage is quaint, charming, full of character, and just downright cute. We only had three people in our group, but six or seven would be very comfortable here. The photos do not do it justice. And the owner/host was so easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this place and this owner.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025We were in town for a baseball game at Bryan College. It’s an easy commute to the college. The house itself has all the amenities. Lots of space for socializing. Plenty of space for sit down eating together.

Rooms and sleeping space was great, kitchen was stocked with appropriate pots & pans, easy check-in/check out. Cute town. We would stay here again if we were in the area. Loved it!
