Located on a private salt water lagoon! Guests can bring a fishing rod or camera, as the landscape is always changing and is home to a variety of shorebirds and salt water inhabitants. Enjoy the best of both worlds while visiting the area. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach access at 13th street. There is also a designated community kayak/paddle board launch area, just across the street on the Folly River. Plenty of parking, for those who would like to bring a boat and launch it at the Folly Beach Public boat landing. The first level of this home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining and kitchen area. This area opens up onto a spacious sundeck and also a cozy screened in porch!
