Hang 6 was the perfect choice for a Sister Trip! We had 4 nights, and we were very satisfied with the comfort of the furniture inside and out, the beautiful coastal decor, the convenient parking and easy distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped if we had decided to do so. The drive back and forth to Charleston was easy for taking in a few tours. We also enjoyed a Marsh Walk and a walk to see the Morris Island Lighthouse. This trip will be a sweet memory we will treasure. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable bed, has everything you need and super convenient!

Uber cuter with clean, new furnishings. Well stocked kitchen although we didn’t cook. Absolutely spotless! New and comfortable furniture, inside and out. Comparable mattress too. We don’t use the sofa bed but the sofa itself and chair are in great condition and super comfortable. Very convenient to everything! We parked the car and walked everywhere. Right at the beach entrance too. Close to Rita’s, the convenience store and several other eateries and bars. Will DEF return!

Loved our stay in Folly Beach! We arrived late in the day and so appreciated the warm welcome we had when we opened the door. Dim lights were on throughout and some special treats were waiting for us. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Super cute “home away from home”! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend a stay at Hang 6! (The only negative in our stay was that the TV only operates via Roku, so if you do not have streaming services that could be an issue.)

We enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach. The space is exactly how it was described. It is so cute and cozy and the porch is awesome. It had everything we needed for a start in the beach. We went in November. The weather was a little chilly but we still got out and enjoyed the beautiful beach. It's only about 20 mins from Charleston. Eat at Rita's , best food we've had in a while.

Our experience at Hang 6 in Folly Beach was not ideal. The place was just ok. I get it’s an older condo but the smell in the condo was musty and the bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. I ended up washing the sheets before we slept in the bed. The furniture had that musty smell as well. I bought spray to spray through the unit but the smell came back.The people renting above us did not abide by the 9:00 noise ordinance and we had to get your team involved twice before we called the police to complain around 1 AM. I truly wanted to leave but was told I couldn’t get a refund.The second night wasn’t as bad but anyone staying in this condo will hear people above them if there are renters. We literally thought there was a radio alarm clock that went off in the unit when the people above put on their music. It sounded like it was in our unit!The place was run down and clearly very thin walls and ceilings. I wasn’t comfortable sitting on the furniture and it just made the experience not great. Also, we were told our water was being shut off today from 11-2. Thankfully the rain stopped so we could go out during this time. We ended our vacation a day early.I would not recommend this unit to anyone I know. I feel strongly that we should receive some sort of compensation back for the noise and the inconvenience of not having water for a period of time.

Amazing location with an oceanview. Just a couple blocks from Center St so quiet, yet convenient to everywhere. The deck and couch was awesome. Loved just sitting out there watching the waves. Condo was cozy and plenty of space. Bed was comfy. Great hosts who were very responsive and thoughtful. I’d love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, roomy apartment with terrific balcony right across from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants.

My husband and I got to celebrate our 1 year anniversary at this place. We loved our stay at Hang 6. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. An easy walk to the beach. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean and it was nice to sit out there with coffee and relax.We will be back again.

We loved it! Parked the car and didn’t need it until we checked out. The noise from above is a little crazy but we knew that when we booked. We would book this place again.

Our stay at Hang 6 in Folly Beach was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week, and the convention beach access was a dream—just steps from the sand with a breathtaking view to enjoy every day. We were in town for a national dance competition in Charleston, and Hang 6 offered the ideal retreat between busy days. The location made it easy to balance competition commitments with some much-needed rest and beach time. If we’re ever back in the area for another competition, this will be the first place we look to book!

Enjoyed coffee on the deck looking out at the ocean. The home was spotless and well maintained. Loved that it was close to beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Hosts communication was superb.

Place was super clean, super cute!! Truly probably as good of a location as you could ask for on the island. One block off main strip, across the street from the beach entrance! It made traveling with a 2 year old much easier given the convenience!

Perfect little condo with an ocean view. A 2 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Charleston in the evenings. Great stay!

Property is in the perfect location to walk to anything from restaurants, shops, Berts grocery (has everything you need) to the beach. It was very clean and has many kitchen utensils to cook meals. Beach gear was a fantastic plus!

Loved it loved it loved it! Everything was terrific. Nice and clean. Not too cluttered. Soooo close to the beach and restaurants! The only downfall was shared walls with neighbors (both sides and above) and the noise of a bustling town outside. I’d stay there again and again though! Noise wasn’t a dealbreaker and it’s only due to the fact that you’re staying right in the heart of the beach with restaurants and markets and the ocean! 5 stars and more!

We really enjoyed our week’s stay at Hang 6! The space was roomy for 2 people and was decorated so well! We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and watching the ocean and the people going by. The location of Hang 6 is within short walking distance of the beach, restaurants, live music at restaurants and bars. The selection and variety of places to go and eat and have fun was terrific. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was perfect. Just enough away that it wasn’t super crowded, but so close to everything. Very clean and well decorated. Has everything you would need including multiple quality beach chairs and multiple umbrellas. Couldn’t recommend it any more. Only small issue was there was a large group with kids above us that we could hear during the day, but that can't be prevented with a condo above the unit. Very happy to stay there and will look to see if available when we can return to the island. Berts is very convenient within eyesite of the unit and Chico Fep is fantastic

This is THE best place we have EVER stayed on Folly. The view is amazing and everything you need is right here. We can’t wait to come back.

Hang 6 is perhaps the most well thought out VRBO we have stayed in. Some examples include:Peg racks and hooks everywhere you might want them.A well appointed walk in closet that had plenty of hangers, a large mirror and a make-up mirror, as well as a laundry basket!A bottle opener on the deck as well as chairs with drink holders.Lined curtains in the bedroom to block both light and noise.Chilled beer glasses in the freezer and even a thoughtful welcome gift.Thank you Steven for quick communication and a great stay!

Great Place, Great Location

My wife and I were extremely happy at Hang 6 during our 30-day rental! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed is new (and comfortable), the living room furniture is extremely comfortable, beach chairs and towels are included, the reserved parking spaces are awesome, everything is well maintained, and your view from the patio is difficult to beat.The location is irreplaceable: you’re 200 steps from the sand, 100 steps from Bert’s Market (a Folly Beach institution), and the Pier/ Center Street shops and restaurants are two blocks away.This is a four-unit rental building, so you will hear your neighbors, all of whom were respectful of that reality during our stay. Also, just be aware that Hang6 – identical to every modern beachfront property, is raised and has a 17-step stairway entrance.Finally – the iTrip support team was awesome during our rental. They’re extremely organized, responsive to all text and phone inquiries, proactively communicate, and ensure that everyone conforms to the local zoning ordinances.I’d gladly re-book at Hang6!

My birthday trip to a beach was spectacular. Photos were 100% spot on. I love towels and toiletries so i dont have pack them.

Encountered first snow in How long? However, accommodations were exceptional on every way. One the best, if not the best VRBO we have stayed in.

We have stayed many times in Folly Beach, Hang 6 is by far the best place. The location could not be any better for walking to the beach or downtown, we never moved the car. The place was so clean and had anything you could need, perfect for a couple! We hope to come back in the spring.
