Stayed May 17, 2026The location was excellent. Away from the Center Street commotion. Wonderful access to the beach There were several units at 810 E Artic so it would have been helpful to have the A, B or C designation in the listing. The WiFi didn’t work even after ensuring that I had the correct password. One of the ice trays was cracked so it leaked in the freezer. The ice bin was severely cracked. The kitchen sinks did not drain properly so it was a good thing that we didn’t do any cooking. I tried several times to communicate with the host via email but never received a reply.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Shopping is nearby; can ride a bike or cart. Limited parking areas in the shopping/dining areas The photos of the home are accurate. There are more than one to rent in this house. We had B which gave us a lg deck, grill & made the beach view is minimal. The house was clean! Amenities were sufficient & considerate. Would stay here again with no hesitation.
