120 Waters Edge! Community pool, screen porch, easy walk to beach, 2 blocks from Center St.

We absolutely loved staying at this property..It was beautiful....and so clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet part of town, which made for a relaxing vacation. The beach was just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy time by the water.The house was the perfect size for our family of six, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We also appreciated that it was stocked with beach essentials, which made our trip even more convenient. One of our favorite parts of the trip was watching dolphins from the back deck, and finding shark teeth along the beach. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a fantastic family beach getaway, and we would happily stay here again.

House was nice and clean, I didn’t like that communication with the property management seemed automated and not very timely, I like it better when you can speak with owners directly. Beds could have been more comfortable, felt like sleeping on a rock with sheets . Pictures make it look like it’s a house but it’s smushed in a small area with other houses and evidently an HOA that does not like cars anywhere other that’s pulled in teh garage. Pictures show ping pong table but no way to play because the cars have to be pulled in and can’t be on the street. Will definitely look for a different place next time.

Although this seemed a bit far from Charleston on the map we found it was just far enough to let us have both the classy historic Charleston vacation we wanted AND a lovely beach/beach town vacation. We walked everywhere on Folly Island and were a short 20-30 minute drives to reach all of our Charleston activities! Great place, great service.

The property was clean, in nice area, and very comfortable, there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so worked well and more than enough seating. Screened porch was a bonus and were able to see beautiful sunrises. Only negative was the internet and TV's were not working well. Tried to reboot router with permission and someone came over when that didn't help and said the system needed to be updated, so very disappointing for a few of us. The walk to Folly beach and restaurants was less than a mile and we opted for that as the parking and traffic and construction were not great.One other issue and this was totally our fault as the paperwork clearly stated and top of driveway pavement said no parking. We will tell you the HOA means it. Upon talking to a neighbor, she explained that even though we were partly into the car port they measure to be sure the emergency vehicles can get by and we were in violation. Our problem with it was the violation sticker was put on the driver side at 11:10 pm and we did not go out early and it was not visible from inside. So, it is a lesson learned from our wallets and some inconvenience, but in the end did not stop us from enjoying the rest of the trip.

Great spot! Nice quiet home with a super view of the sound. The only “hitch” was the fact that the remote for garage door was not available. This resulted in one of us having to stay in the garage while the other backed out the car. When the car was clear of the garage door, the person in the garage would press the wall mounted switch to close the door and the proceed upstairs to walk out the front door, lock the door then go down the stairs to get in the car that is now waiting outside the garage. This process was very cumbersome. Apparently, guests have left with the remote for the garage door one too many times, resulting in this consequence. This did not ruin our stay, but I would highly recommend allowing guests to have the remote and follow through with the charge of 100 for taking the remote at the end of their stay.

Just the perfect place to travel with family. We enjoyed having the pool and the back pier to fish from. It was only a short walk or ride to the beach, close to all the restaurants in Folly and only a short drive into Charleston.

Great location. Easy access to beach and town. Great marsh views.

Loved the place and it had everything we needed and then some! If you had better TP people would use less. Hahaha

Stayed at Water’s Edge for my daughter’s senior trip - three best friends and moms. It was a good central spot for us to spend time at the beach and visit downtown Charleston. The house was clean, which is very important, and spacious enough for us to do things together, but also gave us our own space too. We didn’t have any issues, and enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we would have preferred, and at times of day with heavy traffic and no sidewalks through the neighborhood, we had to be alert. We made the walk each day,just planned accordingly.

This was a 10 out of 10 vacation rental!!! Beautiful home, furnishings and location! So much recreational equipment available. Will definitely be back!
