Be sure to bring your fishing gear if you are a fisherman, to take advantage of the pond just off the backyard. Or, bring your waders to wade out into the pools at low tide.

The top deck is only accessible through the master suite, whereas the second deck is just off the kitchen and living room on the first floor.
