We are offering our bungalow on VRBO that is located just five houses past the famous Bert's, two blocks from Center St and a short three minute walk to the ocean! Our original 1940's Folly Beach Bungalow has been completely renovated with all modern conveniences. It features two bedrooms and two completely updated baths (see pictures). The updated kitchen features a Viking Glasstop Stove and granite countertops. Also, provided for your comfort, is a tankless hot water heater, central heat/air and new washer/dryer. The living room and both bedrooms have large screen televisions for your enjoyment. Also, there is also a comfortable Pottery Barn sofa/queen sleeper which can be used for extra guests! In addition to the sofa/sleeper, there is a swing bed on the sun porch for napping or sleeping...brThe Bungalow comes fully equipped with linens, towels, hair dryers, and all needed kitchen utensils, including coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, etc. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are also included. brOur location is excellent!
