We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Our stylish tiny home (stand-alone) has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.brbrTop down and room darkening shades make the lighting in the bedroom adjustable to your preference. brbrFurry friends will enjoy their own bedding and blanket (couch cover) too.brbrThe bathroom has an ADA size toilet and a small standing shower(no tub). It is separated from the sink and vanity space. brbrOur kitchenette has a mini fridge with space for all of the essentials. The microwave is perfect for late night snacks, and the single burner induction pan allows for cooking a simple meal. We have a coffee maker (single cup or full carafe), an electric kettle, a toaster and a mini waffle maker for the ambitious guests. Kitchen space is limited so we highly encourage taste testing local restaurants!brbrThe yard is a work in progress but is fully enclosed/ fenced, though we recommend monitoring kiddos and pets while back there.brbrThis home welcomes dogs of any size, but no other animals at this time. brbrPet fee of $30 for up to 2 dogs, additional dogs will be a charge of $20 each (our cleaners take additional time to ensure guests after your furry friends enjoy the same level of cleanliness).
