Great clean house and was as advertised.

This home is in the best location! The view the view the view we couldn’t get over. Lots of space for a large party. Very comfortable beds. It does need some updating but the home itself was very clean. The kitchen is huge and great to cook in and looking at the best view. We would love to stay here again. It will be in my favorite of places to stay in the future.

Wonderful getaway spot with plenty of space to spread out close to Seaside with private beach access. The place was clean and hosts were very responsive to all our questions. Lots of options for entertainment.

When I entered the home I was amazed at the view it gave me a sense of joy and calm. I knew I had found a wonderful vacation spot to enjoy with my family! There was room for each person to have their own space and also places to enjoy together! The hot tub was at perfect temperature the fire pit was fun for smores and the teens had an adventure in the kayaks after the huge storm cleared off ! Watching the storms come in the cove and the wildlife was interesting we even went clamming right in the back yard! A perfect vacation spot!

We enjoyed spending a week at this lovely and clean home. It was perfect for our family's getaway. Everything was well stocked and as described in the listing and pictures. We will return!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with its spectacular views. Malia and Arnie were proactive hosts who made check-in a snap and were available whenever needed. The beds were comfortable and hot tub hot. Considering this is a large home on the beach it was remarkably clean and sand free. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great at this home! Views, fireplace, open layout, cozy, well equipped big kitchen, spacious, strong showers, awesome hot tub & extremely clean all around. Private yard with fire pit & dry wood !

We chose this home for a multi-family / generational getaway and we were thrilled were our decision! The view was the first thing we noticed; it will take your breath away. The home was immaculately clean, well stocked, wonderfully laid out for relaxing with games and recreation equipment for all ages. It’s on a dead end so it was very quiet and felt like we were in our own little world. The owners were very prompt with communication when I had a few questions about the property. Our stay in this well equipped Gearhart beach house was great! The house is stocked with lots of recreational gear and situated right on the sand. The views looking back over the sandbar at Tillamook head and the lights of Seaside in the distance were magical. The wildlife is abundant, blue heron, bald eagles and the elk even paid us a visit. Highly recommended this getaway!!

This house is a great location with beautiful views of the water and mountains. We enjoyed having the beach front location and our dog loved that too! We saw eagles, herons and other varieties of birds during our stay. We really liked how clean it was and how beautifully decorated it was. There are many places to gather inside and outside the home. The kitchen was very well stocked and beds were comfortable. The description of the home was exactly as stated on VRBO. We did like the quiet neighborhood and being a short drive from Seaside was nice. We would definitely rent again.

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much the second time around! Beautiful home, amazing property that has fun foe everyone (from our ten year old to grandparents and all the ages in between!). Owners are very re responsive. Wonderful place to stay!

The house was an absolute blast! Perfect location, easy communication with the hosts, so many amenities, so much space, the kitchen was fully stocked with our kitchen needs, and the views were perfect. We didn’t have to leave the property to have fun, and by the end; we wanted to extend our stay. Our group of friends/co-workers want to come back and stay again!

Beautiful location. Very nice house that is dog friendly. The good, it was private, quiet, and a peaceful stay. Sitting in the hot tub at night and walking the area was a perfect weekend. The house was big, perfect for large gatherings and events with tons of amenities. The managing company was very responsive and helpful. The bad, the house is too big for two people on a weekend trip, definitely recommend for larger groups and families. There was no AC and the house gets warm in the daytime so you have to open windows and use fans. The view is off the beach on an inlet, and there is a good walk to the beach. There is no clear walking path to the inlet area. Overall a great house, peaceful stay, good location.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved all the amenities— playing, exploring, and making memories They truly didn’t want to leave! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing.The home was clean when we arrived and well maintained, which made settling in so easy. A huge thank you to Malia for being such a gracious and responsive host and to the cleaning team for their work.We did accidentally be behind a small jewelry box in the bedroom downstairs. It was very special to my daughter because it’s tied to the memories she made during our stay. If it’s been found, it would mean the world to her if it could be sent back and we’re more than happy to cover the shipping.Thank you again for helping make our family memories so special. We’d happily stay here again for a great family getaway!

This home worked well with our extended family. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. We enjoyed all the amenities including ping pong, corn hole, foosball, and hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to prepare and eat all while taking in the amazing peaceful view! We saw a bald eagle, a turkey vulture, a heron, bunnies, a deer and a coyote!!! We would definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay, property was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Easy to communicate with our hosts if we needed any assistance. Overall, it was an amazing experience and our kids (and us) loved the view of the ocean!

Gearhart is a small sleepy town on the coast but next to touristy Seaside if needed. The house is perfectly located on the estuary beach that feels almost private. House has everything you need for a family vacation on the beach. There are plenty of relaxing activities inside or outside. Very clean, and kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub is great and well maintained. Personal fire pit is equipped with firewood. Digging for clams or crabbing equipment is there as well. Kayaking at a high tide in the estuary was an added benefit.

Very comfortable home right on the estuary… loved walking down to the beach… lots of sand dollars… enjoyed the hot tub and cozy fireplaces… kitchen well stocked…we travelled with another couple and it was sure nice to have two king beds!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious and clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, While the location is not directly on the beach, it is a short walk to the beach, though we had to balance across washed-up logs to get to the sand (when the tide was out). The host was very responsive. The views were incredible and perfect space for families or groups of friends. Definitely would stay again.

The house was very clean and well appointed. I chose it for location as well as the hot tub and the games though we didn’t end up using either. The views from the house are spectacular and we just had a lot of fun hanging out in the home. The kitchen has enough dishes and silverware and all the needed pots/pans to cook. The six of us could easily hang out together in the living room and eat together at the table which was a nuce perk.

We enjoyed the expansive views, the local wildlife, and the well-appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the fireplaces were cozy. We would return in a heartbeat.
