They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to assist in person if a need arises. brbrThe historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.brbrBack in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine ! ), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! A sufficiently sized kitchen table along with 4 dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally handmade plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa facing a 75 in HD flat screen smart TV. brbr☆☆ OUTSIDE THE SPACE ☆☆brbrThe front door opens to a large hallway that provides access to 5 other vacation rentals. There are 2 ways to access the the 2nd floor. First, you can enter through the lobby which is located on the corner of Main St. and River St. 2nd there is a double set of doors at the end of the building on River St. Outside, your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. Guests rarely report having to walk more than a block to secure parking.brbrbrbrThere are several parking spaces in front of the Litch Hotel and plentiful free on-street parking adjacent to the building. brbrUNIT DETAILS & POLICIESbrbrNOISE CONSIDERATIONS:brbrNOISE: Our building is over 110 years old and does not have the soundproofing found in modern structures. You may hear guests in the condos below you and they will hear you. We ask all guests to be considerate to one another.brbrPETS: This is not a pet friendly condo. If you want to bring your furry friend(s), depending on availability, we are happy to transfer your reservation to one of our ground floor pet friendly units. brbrCHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. While many of the beautiful, historic details have been preserved, this apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a modern update and a great view!brThe spacebrOK Alley is located right in downtown Enterprise, and is central to nearly all Enterprise locations. OK Alley's entrance is off of main street, in the alley, so please be aware that there is no front entrance from Main Street. Renovations have preserved tin ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, a delightful stairwell and loft that were once used by the manager to oversee sales. OK Alley has two levels and is very spacious. On the bottom level, there is an entry with two full baths, a full kitchen, and laundry, plus a small desk/studio and sofa bed. On the 2nd level, there are two queen beds, one that is built into the wall as a cozy cubby, the other on a loft. Because this is a back entrance with southern exposure, there is lots of natural light in the space. For your safety and convenience, we offer digital, keyless entry. The Camas House is located 6 miles north of Joseph, and 7 miles north of Wallowa Lake. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has all new queen-sized beds and fresh new linens. For extra sleeping capacity, the downstairs new hidabed is a queen bed as well. The upstairs bathroom sports 1920's octagonal tiles on the floor and a large vanity. Downstairs, a full laundry is provided. Should you want to cook, the kitchen is stocked with all new stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop. The new diningroom table seats 6 people comfortably. Off the kitchen is a small office space that can be used to house your computer, or it can be used as a kid's play area. There is even a cute hidden kids cubby for playing on the way to the upstairs bedrooms. Everything has been provided for that complete vacation experience. You may sit in front of the gas fireplace in the livingroom, or play a rousing game of volleyball in the large yard. Your friends and famiily can gather for a barbecue on the large deck complete with an outside table and four chairs. For days with inclement weather, a selection of board games, books, and DVDs are provided. There is a smart TV in the livingroom and a DVD player for entertainment.
