The spacious flat is entirely available to the guest. Includes a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo hardwood floor and a private patio with a direct view of the Columbia river gorge. The bathroom is equipped with an advance bidet toilet seat and has basic toiletries. Comfortable heating/cooling with two remote controlled A/C units and electric wall heating system. There is a 55 inch Roku Powered Smart TV to use Netflix, prime video or other streaming services.brbrGuest access:brThe entire apartment is available to the guest. brbrOther things to note:br- No Pets br-An emergency contact form is required by our HOA & will be provided before arrival.br- The apartment is not child-proof. Parental discretion is advised if staying with infants/toddlers.br- The gym and the pool area is controlled by the HOA so host has no control over availability. A waiver is needed to use the community facilities.br- The railroad and I-84 are close by the complex. As a result there may be some noise and vibration occasionally if you are in the living room. However, most guests actually enjoy viewing the trains. The bedroom is away from the tracks and ear plugs are available, just in case.
