Beach access is easy with a 30 second walk to stairs leading to the sand. brbrThe home was built in 2007 after tearing down a badly deteriorated home and replacing it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall. Plenty of room for your group to spread out in 3,000 square feet on three levels but with two common ares large enough for everyone to be together. The home has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two gas fireplaces, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, gas barbecue, a fleet of cruiser bicycles, wireless internet, 2 color TV's, VHS, DVD, and stereo. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies.
