A true gem! If you're looking for clean, comfortable, and cute - this is definitely the place to be. It feels like a home away from home and the location cannot be surpassed. It's quiet, has amazing views, and the host has thought of everything you might need, even for your canine companion. We decided not to bring our pup this time but the host has clearly put thought into the pet friendliness. It was a cozy getaway and we would happily return here in a heartbeat.

Beautifully designed home with comfort in mind. Amazing ocean views and great location. Our family of four absolutely loved our time there. The hosts were responsive and kind. This is our second time here. We find the beds and living space comfortable and inviting. The hosts are great communicators. We enjoy watch the winter storms and warm up with the hot tub.

Lovely stay. Very clean, nicely decorated property about 1/2 mile south of the end of the Seaside promenade. This location was perfect, the ocean was just steps across the road and there were few others on the beach. The house was very nice, with wonderful views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was phenomenal! We enjoyed amenities like the hot tub on the back patio, and the provided bikes. We would gladly stay here again.

we love being so close to the beach !the home had everything we needed and is very well keptthe TV controller is perfect- not complicated I must say that the bathroom was the hit of our stay none of us had ever used a bidet so it was fun and we had a few laughs figuring that out having a toilet seat that lifts on approach and is warm on landing is amazing the shower is also very nice because it’s a walk in and it’s roomyoverall one of our best experiences on the Oregon coast will definitely be planning a return visit

Hot tub worked great, nice and hot. Very clean, my dog enjoyed all the balls! Views were spectacular and we made use of the big cooler and beach chairs. We couldn’t get the cable figured out but we found a perfect spot to watch the big Patriots game.

We had an amazing time at the Seaview House. The home was clean and inviting. The easy access to the beach allowed for many beach walks. The house is also close to everything in town including where all the shops and restaurants are. The Host was very responsive with questions. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

Everything about this place was very welcoming. The host was very friendly and responded to questions/messages very fast. The view was beautiful. The house was super clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and stay again.

Everything about this home was perfect. To start it has an awesome location, with windows to see the ocean or the golf course. It was quiet, extremely clean and very well organized. Instructions were clear and posted where needed, things were labeled appropriately. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and available if needed. Spent five nights watching the ocean waves. This was the second time renting from Malia and this vacation was as good as the first trip. Great communication from start to finish, home more beautiful than the description, excellent location, everything you hope your vacation rental will be. Some things we really appreciate is the cleanliness of the property and how well stocked the kitchen is, we ate almost all our meals at the house while watching the ocean waves. Great location, loved being across from the beach. The house was lovely, lots of room for us and very clean. We love this quieter end of Seaside and really enjoyed having the bikes to ride into town. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

This property was everything we were looking for. Ocean front, shopping close by, and a beautiful yard for our four legged family member to run around in. The entire property was well maintained and very clean. And communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful from beginning to end of our stay. Would love to have stayed longer but for sure will be back to visit again. Thank you for all the hospitality.

Wonderful location and very clean. We love this place, it has a rwally good vibe. Only suggestion is to update couch which is looking tired (but that is minor). Love the beach right across the street. Great hosts!

This house has the best view out there! I could sit and watch the ocean all day right out the window. The house was in perfect shape and very clean!! It is in a quieter area of Seaside which is great and the walk to town is really easy. Loved every minute and the hosts are extremely easy to work with. Will stay there again

This cozy beach house was the perfect spot for a quick getaway, had everything we needed from cooking, to hot tub , to enjoying a fire on the beach!!!!

This is by far one of the coolest vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. The location could not be beat and the views were magical. We loved sitting in the living room watching the waves and sunset to one side and the golf course to the other side all while enjoying a peaceful fire. We loved the proximity to the beach. It made it so easy with kids. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nicely updated. Although old and original, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also loved the jacuzzi and used it every day! We would definitely come back here again.

First time to Seaside and we are obsessed! This home is perfect and was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Beds are super comfy and the boys loved playing foosball and hanging in the hot tub. But the star of the show: the amazing smart toilet/bidet with seat warmer and all the extras lol. We looked forward to each bathroom visit The charming home served as a great launching point for our adventures! Tidepooling at Cannon Beach where we saw so many starfish and ELKS ON THE BEACH, crabbing at Kelly’s Marina (40 mins south), and playing on what felt like our own private beach right in front of the house. Fun to watch all the surfers out front and cheer on the golfers out back from the hot tub. One morning at low tide we found 60 whole sand dollars!!! Literal sand bucket full of 4” beauties. Had fires, ate s’mores, and told ghost stories on the beach every night we were here. We would love to come back and stay longer next trip. Thanks for opening your home to us! Was a trip we’ll never forget.

This was a beautiful place to end our road trip! Home was very clean, and my kids loved the heated bathroom floors after a chilly walk on the beach. The beach access was perfect. We loved searching for sand dollars, and coming back to a nice hot tub in the evenings. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to Seaside since moving to the PNW 4 years ago, this was our first year staying beach front and will not be our last! This house is perfect. There were 3 of us, a couple and a friend, and our dogs. Perfect vacation and location. House was immaculately clean and had everything you could want in a rental house. No beach towels, but everything else! Bathroom was so nice and that living room. Incredible. Already booked another stay!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. We loved the easy access to the beach and the amenities the house provided for us and our two kids. The house was spotless upon arrival and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to seaside!

We had a great time in this house. It was our first overnight trip away from home with our 5 month old and I really appreciated having a pack n play and high chair provided! Overall it was clean, just the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out from previous guests. No biggy. The heat was a little weird — I don’t think there’s a vent in the king-bed room because it was freezing compared to the rest of the house. We had warm days but in the winter a space heater would have been a necessity. The hosts were communicative through the app but were having some issues with their cell. Luckily we didn’t need anything or have any kind of emergency. The hot tub was amazing and we loved being able to see the beach from the living room. We would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our family trip to Seaside! We appreciated the cleanliness, beach access, decor, comfortability… basically everything! Bring slippers to keep your feet warm on the hard wood floors. And be prepared to be amazed by the toilet! We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Everything we expected!

The house was great enjoyed the fireplace beds were excellent wished we would have stayed longer.We loved the beach every morning we hunted for sand dollar found so many we started leaving them above the tide line like Easter eggs gor the kids we put the live ones back close to the surf line also left a few out back for other guest.People were telling us you can't always find them like we did.The house was cleaned and our second favorite think in the house was the heated floors and toilet seat.Being from Hawaii we enjoyed the extra warmth.

My family and I were delighted with our stay. The house was perfect for our family of four with a very well-equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, and really comfortable mattresses! We loved being steps away from the beach where we played in the sand, climbed rocks, found seashells, and flew kites. We explored, enjoyed the coast, and were so grateful to return to our cozy home away from home after every adventure. Most importantly, we will be back!

My girlfriends and I were looking for a relaxing trip away from kiddos and this was just the spot. Close to cannon beach and seaside for shopping and food. The kitchen had what we needed. And the beds were comfy enough to sleep in to our hearts desire. The house was very clean and ready for us and we enjoyed a great bathroom.update.

The property looked as good as the pictures and so did the view! I selected this property for three reasons: a) View, b) Fireplace, and c) Private Hot Tub.There are two picture windows opposite each other in the center of the house. One faces the ocean, the other a golf course, both grand views.The fireplace was gas but oh so warm and just gave a nice, homey touch as we sat and read and, did I say, look at the view.The hot tub is on the back deck, covered, and faces the golf course which at night means seclusion.The house was clean and had all the utensils etc we needed. Instructions from the owner's were clear. And the few times we actually spoke the owner Malia was plain old friendly.A nice place to stay.

By far the best property we’ve stayed at in Seaside. Cleanliness was amazing, views spectacular, the eagles out back were one of my favorite things other than that fireplace and bathroom! We loved our stay here! The hot tub was great, and the house is only a few steps to the beach. The ocean view from the house is amazing. Walkable to a number of restaurants. It was a very clean home, and we appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dogs. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside!

Wonderful property in a great location away from the heavy tourism zone, yet close enough to be involved if you choose. Well stocked and clean with lots of bonus extras

We have stayed in this house several times and the location is beyond perfect. The house has everything one would need for a cozy stay on the Oregon coast. Dog/kid friendly and a walk from the beach or the enchanting little town of Seaside. We will be back : )
