Orca Beach House Close to Beach

The home is well-equipped and fully stocked with all necessary household items (even coffee). Its location is ideal for walking to the beach or downtown. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Seaside at Orca Beach House.

Could not have asked for a cuter place to say. The kitchen had everything we needed. My family really enjoyed all the games that are at the house. We had such an amazing time.

The whole home is so well equipped. Phone chargers and outlets everywhere. Loved the coziness of the home and all the great decorations to look at. Dog loved the backyard!! Just one of the best VRBO we have every stayed. Beds were so comfortable and the couches too.. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for making our visit and stay so wonderful

The house is super cute and the location is great.

The orca house felt very clean. They thought of every amenity you could need. The best part is how close you are to the beach and also to downtown. The front decks are perfect to sunbath and enjoy the water view. We will definitely be coming back.

The property's location was a half a block to the promenade walkway and the trail to the beach. Home is very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice back deck and yard for the dog.

This home was perfect for us. My husband and I, along with my mom and our 2 dogs, to celebrate his 77th birthday. Steps from the beach and downtown Seaside. Our son and his wife joined us for his birthday dinner, and the kitchen accommodated all of our preparations. Plenty of cookware, sharp knives and storage containers.

Property was pet friendly, clean and worked great for our family. The games and spy glass were favorite past times.

Home was VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and spices. This was easily one of the best beach homes we have stayed at. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the main Seaside shopping and food. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many homes on the Oregon Coast and this was the most well stocked and comfortable home we have visited. Definitely will be back!

This was our second time staying at the Orca Beach house and we absolutely loved it. It’s so close to the beach and all the restaurants and fun things to do in Seaside. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at the Orca House in Seaside, Oregon. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-appointed the home was. The décor strikes a perfect balance between beachy charm and modern comfort, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home.The layout was spacious enough for our group, and the beds were super comfortable — we all slept great! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we especially appreciated the coffee setup for our slow mornings. The living room was a favorite spot to relax in the evenings, with big windows and a cozy fireplace.The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach and close to downtown Seaside, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved walking along the Promenade and watching the sunset each night.Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had.We’d definitely recommend the Orca House to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Seaside. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Orca house is a gem, we have stayed many times, and this time enjoyed the many thoughtful updates and upgrades the owners put in place since our last visit. Beautiful!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Seaside at this cute and spacious beach house. There was plenty of room for us, our two kids, and our dog. Between the big sectional in the living room, two large dining tables, two work desks, and a cute bistro table in the front room (in addition to two outdoor dining spaces) there's lots of space to spread out. It's not featured in the photos of the property but there is a bathtub, which worked out great with small kiddos. Also so nice to have everything on one story, no worries of needing baby gates for stairs and things like that. The only issue we ran into was having some ants come into the kitchen during the rain, but after spraying some cleaning spray they didn't come back. If we'd had ant bait we would have left one out to hopefully provide a more permanent solution. Overall a super positive experience and we would book again here if staying in the area!
