The formal entrance to the house and main living room is located on the 1350 sq/ft second floor along with a majority of the bedrooms. There is a little wet bar, refrigerator and microwave on the south side of the main living room and great views of the water looking west. The living room also has two futons for extra sleeping room if needed. One room has a King bed as well as a day bed, room 2 has a Queen bed, room 3 has a bunk and a twin bed, the 4th room has a queen bed. Also located on the second floor is a set of laundry machines.brbrOn the 1350 sq/ft third story you will find even more views of the water along with a large kitchen set up with tons of counter space for food prep. The dining room and an additional living space looks out at the ocean and the master bedroom suite has a King bed and views of the mountains. Located just one house off the beach, you are only a two minute walk to the prom and a fifteen minute walk to Broadway. Recently restored by master craftsmen, guests will enjoy a completely new interior still keeping with a beach theme and many of the classic details from the original builder. All modern conveniences are at your disposal with amenities such as WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen and two flat screen TVs. Please note though that the grill will only be available for use May-September. If you haven’t noticed in the pictures, the slab granite, bead-board paneled walls, gas fireplace and fenced yard are some additional features that make this house really feel like home. The 1,560 square foot home offers a cozy living area with three bedrooms, two baths plus a loft with peek a boo views of the ocean. In the master bath you can enjoy a Jacuzzi bubble bath or relaxing shower aside a spacious double sink. In the second bedroom you can unwind in a queen bed and enjoy the sound of the ocean through your north-facing window. The three-quarter hall bath contains a shower, sink, and toilet. In the living room you will find amenities in every direction ranging from a 42 inch high def TV, gas fireplace, and expansive ocean views. Couples will love our rotating snuggle chair perfectly positioned to enjoy the fireplace as well as the sunset views of Tillamook Head and the historic lighthouse. The dining room table is chosen to comfortably seat 6 while providing easy access to the bar area where you can lay out the feast. The large open kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room and the cook in your group will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and the island bar with 3 chairs for chatting while preparing meals. Also notable are the granite tile counter-tops in the kitchen and a large pantry to keep supplies for cooking. This condo’s one bedroom has a luxurious king size bed. There is a full bath in the master suite equipped with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. It also has another full bathroom off of the hallway. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and two roll away memory foam mattress beds that are also accessible for sleeping. We all know that the Oregon coast is known for its rainy days and the owners are prepared for this! They made sure their guests would be able to relax next to the gas fireplace and enjoy games or puzzles. They also wanted to be sure to provide prime entertainment, so there is a 100” flat screen and projector for a special movie night experience.
