This home has amenities to meet the needs of adults and children alike. Hardwood floors and a stone fireplace give the main floor living area a classic touch. This roomy family gathering place has a leather couch and love seat with a large ottoman to relax on while watching the fire glowing and talking with friends and loved ones, plus another love seat for added comfort. The large open kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room and the cook in your group will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and the island bar with 3 chairs for chatting while preparing meals. Also notable are the granite tile counter-tops in the kitchen and a large pantry to keep supplies for cooking. The 1st floor also has a queen bedroom with bath and shower and a double sink with tiled counter-tops as well as a TV for private viewing. Another bathroom with shower and the laundry room give the first floor a practical air, as well as the 2-car garage with full size pool table.
