This is a completely remodeled Craftsman Bungalow with lots of great outdoor and indoor space. There are many separate cool outdoor and indoor spaces to gather or find solitude. It was extensively updated in May 2021, It's within minutes of downtown and features a beautiful kitchen, hot tub, 70 inch TV Room, Sonos System, x box, TV upstairs, surround sound, 1 go fiber internet, theater downstairs, bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. There is a 600 Square foot Deck overlooking the Backyard and surroundings on the main floor and even an outside TV. There are two bedrooms with Queen beds upstairs. The upstairs bathroom is Jack andJill style meaning it is directly accessed through the bedrooms but not the hallway. There is another bed with a queen bed in the daylight basement on the other side of the TV Room. In that case you wouldn’t have access to the full backyard behind the bamboo fences which close as that would be my emergency shelter. That is unlikely.
