Cottage in Historic Irvington neighborhood near Convention Center and shops!

Very clean. Great location near shops and food. Very short drive to downtown. Adorable little cottage. Would highly recommend this place.

The cottage is very quaint and cozy. A lot of detail in decorum too.

Good laundry, bathroom, stocked kitchen. Comfortable place to work and to relax, provided you don't mind carrying things up/down a (very solid) ladder several times a day. Only complaint there is there's no heater in the living room, so WFH was a bit cold. I also would advise guests that there is a smart TV with an always-on microphone which you may want to unplug when not in use.Only docked 1 cleanliness star because the trash can has no lid, and so without a separate compost bin, the pantry began to smell after a few days from food scraps. (Also a bit surprised there was not a recycling bin.)Host was friendly and helpful. Cute cat, dog, and squirrels in the yard. Would stay again!

CAUTION. This property is unsanitary. There is extensive mildew in the shower and dirt throughout the home. I left and rented a different property. I texted photos to the host and pointed out that the condition of the home does not match the photos in the listing. I asked her to do the right thing and refund me at least 50% of the unused nights. She refused and only refunded my cleaning fee of 85. PLEASE review my photos before you consider staying here. My daughter and I were horrified.

Cute historic neighborhood, private quiet setting, quick access to downtown and Moda Center. Cute place!

Very nice and comfortable space. The loft was fun. And very high up! Definitely a place for sober guests! The buzzy water heater was a curious mystery for a while. Happy it was pretty quiet when we were sleeping. It was a good place to stay.

Overall, the place had everything one needs. It could have been cleaner. There were also bugs everywhere inside. Ants. Spiders.

We loved it! Cozy place in a great area of town. Clean and comfortable. Enough space for the four of us. Everything worked well. Looking forward to booking again sometime.

It was very, very dusty. Looked like it had not had a good deep clean in years. We went and bought supplies the first night so we could dust. Then we borrowed a vacuum. There were also ants in every room of the place. Other than that the place is pretty great. Nice and quiet

Host was super nice and helpful when I was confused about how to get into the property. Clean and comfy home. Did have some ants in the kitchen but nothing bothersome.

This place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and came with a bonus outside cat who visited us every day! Portland is insanely walkable for the able-bodied and the public transit is great. This house was perfectly located for meeting all of our needs and was adorable to boot!
