The beach is just a short walk down a grassy trail.brbrWest Cove has 2 bedrooms/2 baths with the master on the main level with a newly remodeled walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The rustic fireplace has been upgraded with a gas fireplace insert, creating a warm ambiance after a day of exploring tide pools and hiking nearby trails. The downstairs bedroom has its own private deck with a rollaway for extras in your group. The bottom floor bathroom has a soaking tub with a shower handle and a picture window showcasing the views of the beach below. brbrAs with all our homes, West Cove has a very private hot tub hidden in the trees with a phenomenal ocean view. A total of five homes are located in this part of the estate. The West Cove home is nestled next to our Nautilus home and is perfect when booking multiple homes at this location, providing extra space. Base Occupancy is 4 guests, and the house can accommodate up to 5 guests. Just so you know, we have a guest fee of $10 + tax per night per guest over the base occupancy. As you walk into this beautiful four bedroom home in the suburbs of Gold beach Oregon the living room has a large picture window that has ocean views and beautiful sunsets. It has an open living space with plenty of seating. It’s a great place to sit by the cozy fireplace and watch TV or play your favorite game at the large dining table. It has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops that’s fully stocked with coffee bar and any thing you would need to cook up that salmon you caught on the nearby rogue river. It has a long breakfast bar that you can sit at or a table that seats eight in the dining. The upstairs has a master suite with a comfortable king bed and a shower bath combo, there is also a large screen TV. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and adjacent to that is a bathroom with a shower bath combo. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs. Every room is supplied with soft linens, blanket’s plenty of towels, shampoo and laundry detergent. As you go down the spiral staircase, it opens up into another living space with TV, a breakfast kitchenette an extra refrigerator washer, dryer, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and another bathroom with a shower. It has a large fenced yard with a propane barbecue and picnic table on the deck below. There is plenty of parking and it is a ten minute walk to the beach.
