Ocean View House, Walking distance to Beach, with Outside Hot Tub and Back Yard.

The property is close to the beach. Great ocean views from the porch and hot tub. Lots of beds, well equipped kitchen. House has extras like spices, coffee, laundry detergent. Décor is a little dated, but we were not there to see the inside of the house. Owner reached out to see if we needed anything- thought that was an extra nice touch.

Super clean, well stocked, quiet and extremely family oriented

Check in was great. Host was very accommodating. She had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Place was very clean. Best sleep i have gotten in years, the beds are all comfortable. Very private with views.

For the most part, the stay was good. My husband wasn't happy with windows not being able to open for cross ventilation and doors that had signs on them to please not open. The house was clean and had plenty of room to spread out.

This place is great for large parties of people! Our family attended a wedding nearby. It has all the basics and more. Nice collection of games! Jacuzzi is bonus !

The property was clean and beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the ocean. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the host lived on sight and in the garage bottom floor of the 3 story house. When we checked in at 5 pm, the host (who I thought was the cleaning lady) was not ready for us but stated that because it was 5 pm we can check in--i did state that we had groceries to put in the refrigerator). the initial contact was awkward and uncomfortable because of the lack of disclosure of the host living in the property. We had 3 small children and the host complained of the noise level , which was within the time frame well before 10 pm--we decided to leave after the host told us to control our chidlren . We felt it would be better to leave the premises and chose to drive home only staying for one night.

Great location and plenty of room as described… some eclectic art, but the views were spectacular and couldn’t have asked for more!

Short walk to the beach was my nice. The yard isn't actually fenced in, but all surrounding properties have fences. Overall a lovely place to stay

Plenty of seating and sleeping accommodations for our large family gathering. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely laid out for us to cook and serve. living room was great for all of us to sit and play games. The kids had a nice walk to the beach which is beautiful. My only suggestion is to have a door on the main bedroom bathroom. We made it work. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much!

The house was very clean looks better in person then in pictures. lots of storage and room for everyone to be comfortable.. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. nice views of the ocean. My only complaint is there is only one t.v in the living room one more in the loft area would be nice.

First time Vrbo user, very pleased with all aspects of this property. Lovely kitchen, my bed was comfortable, everything worked well, the property manager was prompt and very helpful. We had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend. In fact, we've talked about coming back next year and staying in the same location! Gold Beach is a sweet little community, very relaxing stay there. The coastline is gorgeous!

We were 8 and had plenty of room. 6 king size beds 2 1/2 bath. Large kitchen and dinner table for 10. You can see the beach but it is a long walk. We are from the east coast and had to adjust to a cool, very windy beach but we had fun hunting for star fish and crabs.

My family and our dog had the pleasure of visiting for a week. This place was so comfy! From the beds to the couches. We all had plenty of space to gather. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The deck area has an amazing view of the ocean. Overall we were very pleased with the Flip Flop Inn!
