Stayed Nov 26, 2024My husband and I live in Los Angeles and our daughter lives in Portland. We chose this space in between to come together for Thanksgiving. The cabin was exactly what we had hoped! It is located in a very scenic and peaceful spot right on the Rogue River. Is small and cozy, but well appointed. We made good use of all the amenities, including the barbecue, the fire pit, the Adirondack chairs, and the kitchen. I made a standing rib roast for our Thanksgiving meal, and forgot the meat rack. But there was one in the kitchen for me! We loved the daily visits of deer and geese to the property, and there were many wonderful places to hike nearby. The memories we made this Thanksgiving week were wonderful! They will live with us forever!

Stayed Oct 8, 2024We loved the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. The apple tree was full of delicious apples. The deer visited every evening at dusk. We strolled along the riverbank everyday, made fires in the evening and enjoyed the stars.
