    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house could be great! Unfortunately, a mildew/mold issue is causing some sort of smell which the owner or rental property are trying to cover up with fake smelling plug in deodorizers and numerous scented beads! I’ll admit I’m very sensitive to smell. A better solution would be to keep fans on and shades open. When we arrived all shades were down. Sunlight helps mildew/mold. This along with the dirty /crumpled rug in the main room and entrance was not welcoming!! We slipped on rug by front door several times. Luckily the kitchen has good bones and after we cleaned and put out cups of coffee grounds it did smell better, but the odor was still there. At one point I thought it might be cat urine, but the management properly assured me no pets are allowed. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and this place would be great for people interested in crashing not Lounging and enjoying the home. (We had several rainy days and the house was not comfortable. The tv was confusing and they didn’t have nbc stations!). There is no dining room table to have a meal only stools at the island. We did enjoy the roof top with stunning views! Unfortunately, I was stung by a wasp, but the rental company was quick to respond and the nest was removed the next day. Luckily I’m not allergic. The rental company was quick to respond to our concerns and sent the cleaning crew out to clean mildew/mold from kitchen window. They also apologized for the necklace I found in the master bed and the long black hair on the floor of the master bedroom. I replaced all bedding with new items we washed from home goods and bought bath mats for the master. It made the weak bearable, but for what we paid we expected much higher quality. If you continue to rent out this property please address these issues. It’s very disappointing to spend this amount of money for this level of service.

    The location is amazing, close to the beach and restaurants. A park is right across the street for kids. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for 9 people, six adults and 3 young children. The outdoor area under the house was great to relax after the beach and allow the kids to safely be outside without going into the street. Would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Family wedding great location, house was clean did not have enough towels for the amount of people the house accommodated called and they delivered more towels. Some of the furniture needs to be updated with more seating, eating area in kitchen is not big enough to accommodate the number of people in house. the garbage can in kitchen way to small. loved the rooftop area, beds were comfortable. Good family home to accommodate several families.

    We were across the street from the beach, one block from the pier, two blocks from the running/walking trail…and had ample parking for two cars. The house has everything you would need. We cooked every meal for 7 adults. The refrigerator held the food, and there is a beer cooler and a wine cooler..so we were all set. We had a problem getting the TV to connect to the local channels, and the property manager was great about helping…even on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. She saved the day since it was the season opener of college football. Very happy! Great house.

We were short towels for the number of guest the property stated it sleeps but that was corrected the following day. The kitchen floors were extremely dirty when we arrived but otherwise the property was clean.
