Nestled in the cozy Southern Shores community, we are just 2 blocks away from the ocean, but it feels like another world. Quiet streets, great for walking or biking, weave all the way through to a Soundside park, where stunning sunsets can be enjoyed. The house is surrounded by mature Live Oak trees, so there's wildlife everywhere. You even have a good chance of spotting deer roaming through the yard at dawn and dusk.brbrThe cozy kitchen has everything you need, from several types of coffee makers to a ninja blender/food processor. There's even a complete barware area with a bartender kit, cocktail shaker, ice bucket, openers & glasses for all types of drinks. Be sure to use that cargo lift to get all your heavy items upstairs with ease! The bedrooms all have brand new beds and mattresses, and smart TVs.brbrOutside living is fun when the pool comes stocked with floats, toys and sun loungers, so all you need are beach towels.
