Once inside, you will enter into a small foyer; the living room is off to the left. In the living room you will find two large couches (one is a sofa bed) and a large SmartTV. Through the living room is our dining room. In here you will find a large farm table and access to the fully-equipped kitchen with a second dining table. We provide kitchen essentials to simplify the logistics of cooking while you travel! Three of the five bedrooms are located on the main level of the home. The first bedroom is the master, it has a king bed, large SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. Bedrooms two and three each have a queen bed. The second full bathroom is also located on the main level of the home and is accessed in the hall shared between both queen bedrooms. Bedrooms four, five, and the third full bathroom are located upstairs. Bedroom four has a king bed, large SmartTV, a desk, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a double vanity and standup shower. The fifth and final bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds, perfect for kids! Don’t forget the deck, it’s located just off the kitchen. Patio furniture and a charcoal grill are provided! NOTE: we use the garage for storage. We occasionally need to access the space, even during guest stays. We will not access the inside of the home and will not disrupt your stay. The primary suite features a tray ceiling, dual custom closets, a luxurious bathroom that showcases exposed brick, & a huge custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The enclosed back sunroom is used as an additional living space as well as the 4th bedroom and contains a projector for movie nights and its own HVAC unit. The property also has a large peaceful backyard and parking behind a gate.brbrOther things to notebrbrI ask guests to only use the bedrooms and bathrooms needed to keep my cleaning costs down. The rate in VRBO is based on your guest count. For parties of 1 or 2 I would ask you only use 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and leave the other bedrooms/bathroom untouched with doors closed. Of course you can enjoy the living room/dining area and kitchen but I ask you to keep your footprint to a minimum.brbrNightly rate is based on guest count, so if you need to increase your number after booking, the rate may increase and this price difference must be paid.brbrPlease understand that the number of guests you booked for is the number allowed to be in the unit, including visitors who don't spend the night. As an exception, I allow one or two short-term visitors over the guest count. But if you would like to have anymore than two visitors be on property at any point, you would need to ask me first and increase your guest count. The sunroom is not connected to the central AC for the house, but it has a portable HVAC unit in it that can heat or cool the room (as well as dehumidify) to bring the room to the desire temperature.brbrI want guests to be able to check-in as early as possible. Due to the large amount of linens to be laundered between guests and the short amount of time do it, the washer/dryer will often have linens in them so that another load can run after cleaner leaves. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer, but will sometimes have to take out a load in order to do so. If you specifically know you will use the washer/dryer during your stay and don't want to have to do this, please let me know prior to check-in and I'll tell my cleaner to leave them empty for you.brbrThere are some excellent local restaurants in the area.
