Stayed Apr 4, 2025The home needs updating it’s run down lots of broken items. Agent didn’t change the code for me to be able to check in on time. He thought I was early but check in time is 4 and he wanted me to wait until 4:30. Pillows are horrible highly suggest bring your own. Nails poking out at the front door entrance is a safety hazard he said sorry about it but no resolution. You can tell the cleaners only surface clean for the amount they charge for the cleaning fee either one speak to the cleaning company or two hire a new company. I won’t stay at an evolve company ran home again they are horrendous from previous experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property is listed as Elderly and Children suitable. The stairs are narrow and steep with differing end caps making it difficult to ascend and descend, and nearly impossible to carry luggage to bedrooms. The mattress pad, and pillows were stained and smelled of urine. Sliding patio door blinds were non functional due to many missing panels. We booked a 6 night stay , but stayed only one night due to these unsatisfactory conditions. No partial or full refund offered.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024This was a very nice home. It had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having Monopoly to play, we got in a family game night while we were there.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Overall this was a very nice week. The townhouse was great for our family Christmas. Initially, we had a couple of issues but the owner was was very responsive. The only downside was the steepness of the interior staircase.
