Our family has rented properties all over the country, and this was by far the family's favorite yet. Attention to detail is greatly appreciated by our group, and this house had it covered!The kitchen was well-appointed, both with supplies as well as dishes and cookware. Beds, pillows, linens and furniture were all extremely comfortable and in good condition. It is one of few rentals that didn't require multiple trips to the store for forgotten supplies. The game room was a huge hit with the younger crowd. Owners were great about quickly responding when questions or requests were sent. The location is super close to shopping, restaurants, the greenway, and Umstead State Park; yet it was surprisingly quiet inside the house. We left wishing we'd had more time while in town to hang out at the house and enjoy it, and will definitely try to stay here again for our next family gathering in Raleigh.

We stayed at this property for NC State's Parents Weekend, and it exceeded every expectation! The home was immaculate-extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. There was plenty of parking and every possible detail had been thought of. The house was incredibly well stocked, from kitchen essentials to extra towels (so many rentals barely provide the minimum, but not here!).We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome note and snacks, which was such a nice touch. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy.The entertainment options in the home were amazing! Next year, we’re planning to stay in for one night just to take full advantage of the incredible entertainment space. We will absolutely be booking this property next year. I highly recommend it.

Tabitha and Tom were very helpful during booking and weekend! I would highly recommend staying here as house can easily entertain a double digit number of guests l, even on a rainy day.

We spent a weekend at this Raleigh rental for my nephew’s NCSU graduation, and it was a premium experience all the way! The owners were responsive and patient with me when I ran into difficulties with the initial booking process. They responded quickly each time I reached out with questions and accommodated my special requests when possible. We enjoyed a premium rental experience the moment we walked in the front door: snacks and a personal note, robes and slippers, a beautiful kitchen, an awesome game room, and even labels on all the light switches! I highly recommend this property anytime you want a premium rental experience!

I must admit, I almost cancelled the booking while going through the verification process.(first time I have ever had too do this). I went through with the process, and very glad I did. The house was beautifully renovated and very well suited for a large family, now I understood why the verification process and security steps to protect the property. The communication was simple and easy, but really had nothing to relay as the house was perfect for my family. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights while in town for ncaa basketball tournament. Great house, lots of room, big kitchen. 12 of us could all hang out together. Short walk from a couple restaurants/ bars.

The perfect place to spend time with family altogether in one place. The spaciousness of the house allowed the ladies to gather in one part of the home while the men gather in another. We were able to perform different activities without stepping all over each other. Also, along with a very sweet welcoming card and delicious snacks, the home was organized and very clean. The owners left easily accessible pertinent instructions which provided us with a stress-free stay.

The house was perfect for our Christmas dinner celebration with our family. There were lots of games for the teens downstairs and space upstairs for all the adults. Tom & Tabitha were very welcoming and responsive. The house has been beautifully renovated. We would definitely stay here again when in town to visit family.

We found the location of our home for the weekend in a beautiful Raleigh subdivision, as we drove up it was so beautiful. No problem with getting in. The house was laid out wonderfully. The hosts really take pride in making it easy to navigate around the home. Having everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. They took the time and thought into labeling light switches and remotes and placing handy notes around to help you understand and work everything. I want to thank these amazing host for have us this weekend. If you ever find yourself staying in Raleigh NC I highly recommend without a single doubt and complaint you stay here.
