The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. You are not and do not feel cramped in this home and it is much larger than most of the houses on Ocean Isle. This townhouse is the brightest of all. The kitchen is recently renovate with all new stainless appliances, granite, new kitchen cabinets, spacious with a large capacity refrigerator, new floors, and lots of cabinet space. The dining and family living area has nice flooring throughout. brbrWIRELESS INTERNET FOR ALL GUEST--Yes, you can telework and never have an issue with WIFI.brbrThe 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and storage space. The 2 master bedrooms are located on the main floor with their own private spacious bathroom. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule. brbr brbr*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. brbr brbrThe pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.
