Unit was super clean, loved the large number of bathrooms roomy bedrooms and living area. The short walk to the ocean and pool was great!!

Michelle did a great job staying in touch with us during our stay! Beautiful condo with great access to the beach, the pool and NEW decking are fantastic ! Would absolutely stay again! Having access to a storage closet for our beach belongings is a huge plus too!!

We had such a great stay at this condo — perfect for our big group! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed for family meals. The two balconies were cozy spots for conversation and people-watching.Beach access was super easy and the beach itself was never too crowded — perfect for sand castles, shell collecting, and there’s even a tide pool at low tide where the kids played while we relaxed. The community pool was clean and never too busy; just bring flip-flops or water shoes because the decking gets HOT!We really appreciated the extra beach chairs and toys in the closet downstairs — this came in handy when friends visited. A few tips: you’ll need to bring or rent linens. The community grills could use better cleaning and there are only two. We saw two palmetto bugs (normal for the area) that came in through the small crack at the top of the front door — maybe extra weather stripping would help. No other sign of bugs though, this place is super clean!OFIC and Sharky’s were packed, so we enjoyed fresh seafood dinners at the condo — next time we might try dining out at off-peak times. Our only wish is that golf carts were allowed in the community. Overall this place is spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. The host was wonderful to work with — very responsive and made everything easy. Honestly, I could see myself being friends with Michele! We definitely plan to vacation here again.

This is a nice beach place with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and well as two balconies. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She sends out a thorough packet of info. There is a nice pier at Ocean Isle, mini-golf, ice-cream shops, a few nightlife spots, shops, etc — basically something for everyone. Just off the island more stores and restaurants are readily available. The dining table in this rental has a bench on one side and chairs on the other, which is attractive and practical. We felt like this place was roomier than many other places we have stayed. The sofas were comfortable for watching TV or playing games. The street is quiet. The beach access is easy. I highly recommend this rental.

This was the perfect location for our 3 families' weekend trip while traveling for a sports tournament. Michele is a wonderful host and very responsive when you have questions.

Vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. A bathroom in every bedroom gave each family their own space. Direct beach access made it easy for the little ones. Everything you'd ever need in the kitchen. Would highly recommend!

The room was great and very covenient to the ocean.

We had a great time at our windjammer property. Michele was so nice to work with and very prompt in answering emails, texts and calls. We had a little issue with the air and a leak but she was quick to call a repairman and had it fixed while we were at our son’s wedding. They came while we were gone so we weren’t inconvenienced at all. I hope we can come back when we can enjoy all the amenities. Our stay was a whirlwind of rehearsal and wedding and then we came home. Michele offered us a little extra time before we had to check out as well. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had a group of 7- 2 families with teenagers. There was more than enough room for everybody, and each bedroom having a bathroom was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you could need; we easily cooked big breakfasts and dinners each day. The beach was a 2 minute walk- easy enough to go back and forth as needed. The location of the property was also ideal. It was far enough down the road that it was quiet, not packed with people, and gave the feeling of privacy but also just a quick 5 minute drive to the little town with ice cream, food, playground, mini golf. The owner was very communicative/responsive and super easy to work with. Overall, we loved this property and will absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at OIB! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. There is not an ocean view, but the deck was lovely to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool and beach access couldn’t have been closer or easier. The a/c in the condo was very powerful and cooled down the place quickly. Michele was always quick to respond and even let us know we could check in a little earlier. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this Rental! Everything was so easy, from booking, to getting our check in information. Michele was great, very prompt with responding, and helpful when we had questions. The house was gorgeous, spacious, plenty of room for our group, everything was clean, provided with plenty of household items to use during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. So convenient having a short walk straight out to the ocean. We loved the area, and neighborhood. There is plenty to do as a family. We will definitely be booking again for our next stay.
