Bring your own boat, swim in the canal or fish, crab or shrimp right off one of the three docks. The back deck is massive. It is the best feature of the property and includes a unique 8 seat TIKI BAR that has its own Smart TV, Blue tooth speakers, fridge, beach decor and lighting. Your family can watch a sporting event or simply listen to music on the Blue tooth speakers. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. This beachfront property is the perfect place to relax and recharge with family and friends while enjoying direct beach access and never-ending ocean views. This home offers new HVAC systems with ion air purifiers for improved air quality (upstairs replaced in February 2025 and downstairs replaced in July 2021), quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (new fridge June 2021), and plank floors throughout (no carpet in the home). Enjoy 2 oceanfront master suites with access to the beachfront deck. Both master suites offer king beds (with new mattress as of Jan 2021) and a private bathroom (new vanities / toilets in bathrooms as of May 2021). The 3rd bedroom offers a king bed while the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed (bottom bunk is a full and can sleep 2. The upper bunk is a twin and can sleep 1) to allow for multiple or larger families.
