Pet-Friendly:
• Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, $200 non-refundable fee PER dog) pet fee is non refundable, the applies to any reason at all.
• Fenced yard is perfect for furry friends

Booking Details:
• $400 security deposit and signed rental agreement processed via Ownerez after booking
• Renter must be 25+, with matching ID and credit card
• No smoking, no parties. Quiet hours after 9:30 PM
