The host is very accommodating. There were Lots of great updates. We love the tiki bar, expanded deck and the hot tub. There was a great game selection. It is wonderful to have linens provided. Our family loves this place.

This house is a wonderful location! The home was clean upon arrival. The house has a lot of amenities as shown in the listing. The house needs some updating/repairs, but nothing significant. We would stay again. Again, the location is fabulous.

We came to spend some quality family time together as our mom was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. And WOW. This place exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean and family friendly, puzzles, games, beach chairs, umbrellas etc we had plently of options in just the house for our family ranging 6-71 years old... at no fault of the property, had a small issue with the ac unit which appeared to be recently updated. and let me say. Chris and John exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make sure each room was as comfortable as possible as they fixed it. Especially after chris found out we had two family members with serious health issues. Chris checked in on us multiple times throughout the day to make sure everything was still working properly. If you are looking for a place to rent.. highly recommend this one.. we for sure will be returning to this property next year!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the tiki house in Topsail, NC. The views were stunning from every angle — ocean in the front and canal in the back. Honestly, we never felt the need to leave because it had everything we needed. We had breakfast at the tiki bar watching the sunrise, went on bike rides, kayaked in the canal, and swam in the pool while watching the sunset. Pure relaxation from start to finish!The house itself was spotless — so clean and well-kept that it immediately felt comfortable and welcoming.Chris, the groundskeeper, was amazing and made sure everything was in perfect shape. The landlord was also super communicative and quick to respond to any questions, which made things so easy. Loved that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth info was posted everywhere too — no searching needed.Even our pups had the best time! They loved soaking up the sun on the patio and exploring the space just as much as we did.This house truly made our vacation unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back

We had a fantastic week here celebrating a special family milestone! The house and location were great, just steps from the beach and amazing sunset views across the canal. The place is overflowing with amenities: tons of kitchen supplies, beach gear, kayaks, and we even tried paddleboarding for the first time. The pool was a hit—used multiple times a day—and we loved the fun tiki vibe. John and his property caretaker were available when needed. Everyone in the family had a great time!

We stayed here for a week. 5 adults and 3 children. This place was amazing. Dolphins just out front every day, fish in the canal, great firepit, and a jacuzzi! The host, John, was very responsive to my questions.

Family friendly retreat with lots of activity choices. We always love our stay here and can’t wait to come back again. There is plenty of room to gather together and plenty of nooks and crannies for quiet time. It is a beautiful setting to share with family!

This property was a great place to stay with my family for a fun filled week. We are still on our trip back home and are already discussing a return trip. This place has so many perks included that the most difficult decision you will have to make during your stay is which activity to do next. Just be sure to stay long enough that you can do it all. We did! Enjoy the ocean and the inlet channel, which are both just a few steps away. Also, be sure to catch the sunrise and sunset, as they are awesome

This house was fabulous! We had grandparents, grandchildren and adults. It had everything right there for us to enjoy. We all went kayaking, swimming, s’more making, fishing, karaoke and lots of laughs. The tiki bar was awesome too. A great place to stay with family. Thank you John for sharing with us.?

This was the best equipped house we ever stayed at. Our family included six adults and three children aged six to 10. This home had everything you could imagine to enjoy a trip to the beach. Bikes, kayaks, surfboards, skim boards and life jackets. We all enjoyed the pool. Every room in the house was decorated with a coastal theme. The Tiki bar was a gathering point day and night. We had a small Whaler and a Jetski that we launched on the property and utilized the docks. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would like to return. You will not be disappointed!

Spent the week with our family of 12 everyone had something to do no complaints!!!

Best part of the house was the pool and the tiki/bar - lounge area!

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Tiki House in North Topsail Beach! House was very clean upon arrival and is loaded with everything you need for a great week on the water. Very close to the beach and had a blast fishing on the canal. Our young ones really enjoyed all of the games, activities, and movies provided by the host! Of course the hot tub and pool as well. Would definitely stay again, thank you!!!
