Enjoy Ocean & Sound Views from This Spacious Family Retreat at the Beach

The owners of the house are responding to any questions very quickly: great communication. The house is on three levels with middle level where everybody meet together and eat. The other two levels are for sleeping, which gives a lot of privacy. The views on both sides from each level are beautiful. The house is super close to the beach. Very convenient for families with small children.

Easy walk to beach. They had beach gear to use. Very very clean house and very pretty with all the right things. Good communication. Every bed including the trundles were taken and we used some air mattresses due to our large party. Could have used more bath towels to accommodate a large amount of people but otherwise I highly recommend!

My family stayed at this beautiful house for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk from the house and there was a lovely Farmer's fruit and veggie stand that was just down the road. Wonderful memories were made and we will most certainly stay again.

My best friend and I brought our families to Topsail. This house was amazing. The beach is such a quick walk. Any issues that arised the property manager had a quick response, was kind, and so helpful. It was a great experience.

Our family enjoyed our short stay at this home! We appreciated the abundance of chargers for all of our devices- nice touch! The house was comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed for a 3 night stay. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked extremely well. It was a short walk to the beach. Thank you for supplying beach chairs and umbrellas! We were very happy at this home and hope to stay in the future! LOVE that this property can be rented for stays of shorter or longer than one week!

This house had everything we needed for a beach weekend with family, including our young kids. There were toys, including a toy kitchen and dollhouse, as well as a small table and chairs and plastic plates for the kids to use during meals. It’s like they thought of everything! The outdoor shower is great as well. And we enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the back deck. Really, this house had everything we were looking for. They even supplied the coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was for a family wedding, we had beautiful views from both sides of the home…ocean and sound. Floors were fully carpeted. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were fairly comfortable, everything was clean. Living room had nice furniture but only seated 5 people, not good for family games or watching movies together. Stairs were difficult for arrival day and check out day, especially for older adults, but we managed okay. Water pressure was good. If you use the outside shower watch out for raccoons, they like to get into the trash cans and I’m not sure who was more startled, him or me! The Owner was very prompt in responding to questions. The only problem we had was when we received a message the week before we were to check in that the home could now only sleep 9 people, but when we rented it several months ago it was advertised that it slept 11 due to a furniture change that was made last summer. We were offered a blow up mattress and sheets which we accepted, otherwise they said there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. The A/C was really good except for the top floor and it manageable with using fans. Linens were nice but you may want to bring extra bath towels and wash clothes. We ran a little short. Overall it was a good experience. The wifi worked great and we appreciated all the charging stations in the bedrooms.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The owner was so helpful and responsive. The condo itself was beautiful, with amazing views on both sides. The back deck had the most gorgeous sunsets. We had five kids under the age of 10 in our party and the walk to the beach was easy and took no time, literally across the street and around the corner. The kitchen was also perfectly stocked for our family (lots of kids dishes and cups). 100% will return on our next trip to Topsail! Couldn’t recommend this condo more!

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in North Top Sail. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
