Oceanfront Home with Beach Views that Don't End

Jada was very responsive every time I reached out to her. Overall, the place was very clean (floors needed to be mopped, but otherwise the place was very clean). The rental was quiet, well stocked, and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our visit and will keep it in mind for future visits.

Great place to stay, right on the beach and easy access to the beach! We would gladly come again in the future it was a great time, the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and the knives were great! Linens are provided except for beach towels so packing was easier! If you decide to pick this place, you will not be disappointed! The pictures were from our murder mystery night. We do a game every year! So we don’t always look like the picture that we sent you.

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. Check-in process was seamless and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The floor plan fit perfectly with our multi-family party, offering 2 master bedrooms as well as 2 additional bedrooms for all the kids. The inverted floor plan also benefited our toddler’s nap schedule, providing a quiet space while the rest of the family could come and go from the beach on the upper level. We couldn’t ask for easier or better access to the beach. Because this stretch of Topsail Beach is single-row housing (meaning there are not homes behind this property) we had a very large stretch of beach to ourselves. Even during high tide there was still plenty of room to play, lounge and fish. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the property. It was, by far, the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Even using a white bath towel to wipe up water on the bathroom floor, not a single speck of dirt appeared! This home is just far enough away from the center of town that it provided us with the level of privacy we were looking for, but a quick five minute drive offered us all the shopping and dining we needed. I highly recommend this property and will be rebooking for years to come.

Amazing house with the best views.

Property was clean and well equipped. Beach access is great. Weather was better than forecasted.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the layout is perfect, and everything feels fresh. We love the outdoor shower, too! We couldn't have had a better stay. We accidently left something behind and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we got it back.

This was our second time staying at this house with our family. It is nicely appointed with everything that you would need for a stay at the beach.

Just returned from a second stay at this lovely home, and we had another wonderful vacation! The views and location cannot be beat. The beach is wide with plenty of room to spread out, and it’s never crowded. The walkway, multiple spigots, and outdoor shower (with much appreciated hot water) make everything so easy. The rooms are perfect for our family. We are picky about our beds and find all of the mattresses to be very comfortable. A beautiful relaxing house that we will gladly return to again!

Beautiful beach house and wonderful location! Quick, nice and easy walk to the sand and ocean! Already planning to go back!

We are a family of 6 with kiddos ages 1-6 and our stay here was the smoothest it could get for traveling with young kids! Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay! The kitchen is fully stocked and ideal for feeding a bunch of kids all day. Being directly on the beach was perfect. Jada was quick to respond to any questions I had and was even able to accommodate us checking in early! We made some amazing memories on this trip and can’t wait to stay again next year :) thank you!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! It was the perfect home away from home for our family of 5. We loved the location, the layout of the home, the decor, the cleanliness- can’t wait to stay again.

It was a great stay, rooms were nicely laid out, view amazing and the two story deck was great for the kids and getting in and out from the beach. Everything was seamless on check in and check out. Truly enjoyed ourselves!

We always look forward to our vacation at this place. Jada is a spectacular host and keeps the place clean and updated. She responds quickly to any requests. Condo is equipped with everything you need.Restaurants and grocery stores are just a short drive. Beach is quiet and we enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing.

Property was in excellent condition! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals ! Lots of games for kids and the Beach was steps away !

This was our second time staying here. Looking forward to staying again. Everything is very clean, kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms/bathrooms were very clean. We had eight people in our group and had plenty of space. Great location. Jada is a very good host! Can’t wait to stay again!

Our family had a great vacation! The house was well stocked and clean. Views and distance to the beach were fantastic.

We absolutely loved the home! I was pleasantly surprised by all of the seasonings and cookware that was available. We brought our own just in case but we could have done without. The home was super clean and the beds so comfy! There were some beach chairs in the outdoor shower that we were pleased to find. We purchased boogie boards and some beach toys that we left so others could enjoy them. It’s nice to show up and have extra items that you weren’t expecting. We wanted to stay longer….just weren’t ready to leave….. but it was already booked:( We will definitely be back!
