We have modern amenities but still retain the homey cottage by the sea feel.brbrThe kitchen is well equipped. It has plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and small appliances. Dishwashing liquid, dishwashing pods, hand soap, trash bags, & coffee filters are stocked for you. The breakfast nook seats 6, and is the perfect place for cozy family meals, game playing and enjoying time together.brbrThe main living area is tastefully decorated, with new furniture, and custom touches and artwork throughout. We have a 55 smart TV. Those with a Netflix account can log in to watch your favorite shows. brbrBedroom 1, first floor, Queen bed, TV and nice size closet. It connects to the first floor bathroom.brBedroom 2, second floor, (bunk room) 2 singles, great for the kids, they love the bunk beds. The bunk room connects to a Jack and Jill bath. brBedroom 3, second floor, Queen bed, has a TV & a large closet. There's also a sitting nook attached, perfect for curling up with a good book. This bedroom also connects to the Jack and Jill bath.brThe loft area is added space for the kids to enjoy board games, or if you need a quiet space to simply chill out, or work (if you must). We have Spectrum TV internet service.brbrWe have a mud room on the ground floor, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Also in the mud room, you'll find a closet with beach equipment for our guests. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, corn hole, some sand toys and other fun games. Lastly there's a wagon to haul it all to the beach.brbrOutside, you'll find two decks, one is covered and shady for relaxing after a day in the sun, or if you are a sun worshiper, the upper deck is complete with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Our back yard is spacious, flat, and fenced in for security and added privacy. It's perfect for cornhole, playing horseshoes, bocce ball or whatever outdoor games your family may enjoy. brbrLastly, we have a keyless entry, nice outdoor shower, a swing, a gas grill, and picnic table.brbr****Please make sure you read and understand all aspects of our rental agreement and house rules.
